It had been awhile for me to have eaten chain food. But after arriving to Amelia Island later in the evening which narrowed my choices and this being right across from my hotel, I decided to venture in as I was hungry!! Man was I happy for my choice! The double burger was so juicy and flavorful! The fries had no greasy spots and were not overly salty. Hit the spot and now I’m a bit of a fan!

Food was great. Free Pup cup was a condiment sized container of vanilla ice cream for free, which was impossible for my dog to lick. Luckily we were outside because she made a mess. I would rather pay for a larger portion in a bigger cup.

If I could give this DQ zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and the manager was the main reason.
I received an in-app offer for a free large fry with a $1 online order, so I placed an order through the app for two Blizzards and a sundae—clearly well over the minimum. When the promotion didn’t apply, I asked about it when I arrived. Instead of helping, the manager immediately brushed me off, claiming she “knew nothing about the app” and insisting my order never went through—despite the fact that they were actively making it.
I calmly showed her the coupon and explained that I had met every condition of the promotion. She refused to listen, refused to help, and refused to even attempt to resolve the issue. What made it even worse was how dismissive and hostile she was toward me, while at the same time being overly eager and pleasant to serve the white customer standing behind me. As a person of color, it was hard not to feel like that difference in treatment was intentional.
The most upsetting part? One of the employees—who was genuinely kind—tried to stand up for me and explain the situation. Instead of appreciating her effort, the manager fired her on the spot for “talking back.” Watching a worker get punished for doing the right thing was shocking and heartbreaking.
What kind of place hires managers like this? The management clearly doesn’t care about customers or employees. I strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether.
To the employee who stood up for me: thank you. You didn’t deserve what happened, and I truly wish you the best.
To the owner who gave a response, considering how many bad reviews I’ve read about this location and how many similar responses they’ve gotten with no change, I know full well that if I fill out that form, nothing will come of it, and it is just a ploy to make it seem like you care. I won’t hesitate to call corporate again if nothing changes because that employee did not deserve what your manager did to her.

Giving 5 stars to the two young men working 1/18 at 3:50pm, the boy who took my order was polite and kind. The boy who made my milkshake did exactly what I wanted and my milkshake was like I made it myself back in the day when I was a young dq worked. Very much appreciated both of them.

I ordered the 3-piece chicken strip meal deal, which was advertised on the drive thru board for $7, but I was charged $9 instead. I also ordered a sundae with Oreo which is included in the $7 meal deal, but it was rung up as a Blizzard, adding an extra $2. Because of this, my $7 meal deal ended up costing $11.77. Additionally, the fries did not taste fresh. I usually enjoy Dairy Queen, but pricing accuracy, order clarity, and food quality need improvement.

I love butterfinger blizzards. I’ve been getting them for years and years. But this location, even if you pay for EXTRA butterfinger, is not putting in the required amounts of butterfinger. NOT EVEN CLOSE. It’s a rip-off and there are plenty of Dairy Queen’s that do not screw their patrons the way this one does. Ridiculous!

Very, very long drive thru wait. It was crowded inside and outside in the drive thru. This is the closest one to our home, so we made the trip for ice cream treats.

Got a reeses blizzard and it was very good. When ordering the people were very kind. The bathrooms were perfectly in order and stocked. The only issue, and the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because there was a terrible burning smell. not like food being burnt but almost like an electrical fire. the smell was honestly very overwhelming and I had a headache by the time I left. Still a good establishment and good people. They just need to resolve the issue with the smell.

The manager just kept yelling at her employees and berating them. She was large and in charge and very demeaning to the people working for her. I hope it made her feel like the Queen but it was embarrassing!

Greeted by friendly staff and our order came out quickly. Close to the beach if you need a break from the waves. Plenty of sweet treats to choose from like cakes, Blizzards and Dilly bars.
