The food is absolutely disgusting. The coleslaw has a layer of slime on top. It’s obvious they do not sell coleslaw daily..

The only thing that was good the most recent time I went was the food. We had a coupon that we wanted to use and the person said that they don’t honor it(who kept squinting at something like she could not see). They honored our coupons in the pasr The kiosk went through 2 times for someone else when it said that it didn’t go through both times. And the other customers completely upset about it

The Customer service here is literally day and night…. Ordered food the night before customer service by the night crew was amazing, beyond exceptional… the evening shift around 2:30 is the worst experience ever!! Very rude and disgusting attitude!! Like get a grip ! Older couple that placed the order after me was so kind and the cashier was so rude to them, no courtesy whatsoever!! Like some on man petiole dont deserve that horrible behavior while grabbing a meal.

I placed an order around 11:20am at the store for 3 chicken tenders just the tenders because I was also getting the box with the shrimp and fries and biscuit drove home 20 minutes and I was missing the fires and the biscuit I tried calling but the recording machine kept saying the phone number is no longer in service so after my missing items I couldn’t even talk to worker there to fix my problem and was not going to drive back and be late for work. Before this situation happened they older lady gave me my food was a bit rude I asked so sweet Hera sauce she’s like it’s already in there so I told her yes but I’d like two extra rudely she said well its a charge more and i responded yes of course id pay for it not a problem so she did charge me and was upset that i asked for it in the first place

Every time I drove by this place and attempted to order from their kiosk. It keep saying please see cashier. So no big deal. This time I brought my family with me and once again tried to order from their kiosk. Again, it says please see cashier. This was really frustrating especially when you have a tall orders. So screw it, and went to panda express across the street.

I’ve had good experience and bad experience with Popeyes. Merced has the best crispy chicken sandwich. Until just a few days ago I tried some of their crispy chicken pieces like legs thighs and breasts and it was not greasy like KFC. I’ve always loved KFC but I plan on getting a bucket of Popeye’s Chicken next time
The chicken sandwich in Merced is $3.99. Just stopped off at Livingston near the highway and there’s is $5.49. I’m not paying that. It’s the principle. I have the money. Okay just decided to go there with my son and this chicken sandwich it’s not even worth $5. The chicken was more on the burnt side and was half as thick as Merced chicken sandwich. Garbage. I’ll never go to this Popeyes again. But the Burger King connected to it has my best review of all Burger Kings for everything I’ve eaten there

I used the Kiosk to order. I ordered 5 piece spicy tenders big combo. When my order arrived, they were out of Cajun Sparkles. They forgot my drink. And didn’t provide a spork until I asked for one. The tenders weren’t even lukewarm, just room temperature. Other customers were upset about wait time, even though it wasn’t busy. Other customers also complained that there was no lemon pepper. The old manager ran the store very well. Right now, they have a long way to go
