I placed an order through DoorDash from Taco Bell (store #036292, 14348 S Bell Rd, Homer Glen, IL), and I was extremely disappointed. The food arrived in a terrible condition — everything was messy, mixed together, and it looked as if someone had already eaten from it or at least touched and stirred it around.
I didn’t even try the food because it looked unhygienic and unappetizing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please pay more attention to how the food is prepared and packaged so that it arrives fresh, sealed, and looking like a proper meal.

Dined in, clean and modern Taco Bell. Employees were kind and polite. Plenty of sitting and the music is not too loud. However, the bathrooms were not the cleanest.

Lol worst Taco Bell on the planet, it’s sad when you can anticipate half your order missing. What a joke. It’s always the same story with this location. I don’t even care to reach out to try to get my money back. Just don’t go here, plain and simple. Shut this location down and god help whatever establishments these workers migrate over to.

Guy was ultra. Busy forgot part of my order. And I came back through, told him, and he gave me a coupon for a free taco. For next time, that’s what I’m talking about. Good service right there

This location is absolutely horrible, AVOID it if you want to enjoy your food!!! We have given them a few chances but never had a good experience at the Homer Glen location and today was by far the worst.
Hashbrowns were very greasy like they weren’t cooked long enough and oil was not up to temp.
The burritos were literally slapped together with one piece of sausage used to cover both… You can get a much better sausage burrito at McDonald’s and it’s cheaper!!
The breakfast crunch wrap was basically an extremely greasy hashbrown (even worse than the ones mentioned above) with eggs and meat as an afterthought.
Personally I am a big fan of Taco Bell breakfast but after today that is no longer the case. As you can see the pictures speak for themselves
My suggestion to corporate is better vet your people and/or train them better!! While I understand good workers are hard to come by this was pure laziness.

July 17, 9:50 pm whoever was working the drive thru is killing this location. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget combo through my app, I pulled up to the drive thru and said I’m here to pickup my order and was told to come to the window. I was then given my order so I checked the bag and I only received 7 nuggets. I tell the cashier that I’m missing nuggets and he tells me they no longer have nuggets and he gave me tenders instead. First of all, he never asked me if I was okay with tenders as a replacement. Secondly, on what planet is this single molecule of a chicken nugget a tender. He tells me that because I got 7 so called “tenders” I actually got more food. These tenders he’s referring to are the size of the sauce packets. Are we serious? Is this what we’ve come to? Not to mention, he was extremely upset when I complained that I didn’t receive all my food. Horrible attitude and horrible service. The managers seriously need to check on this guy because he is unfriendly and genuinely robbing people. Again, this was the male who was operating the drive thru at 9:50 pm on July 17. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT THESE HOURS UNLESS YOU WANT A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

Food is hit or miss depending on the crew. It’s rare if the entire order is correct, usually is done right when one car is there (drives a white 70/80s car with a hood scoop), that guy tends to get the orders right and makes the food right.

The service here is terrible. The last time I was here I had to repeat the burrito I wanted 3 times and the employee kept trying to correct me even tho I was reading exactly what I wanted off their menu. On the 4th time the boss (who is also probably a teenager) started yelling at him and he cussed back at him all while talking into the microphone. When I went last night I ordered 40 bucks worth of food and half of my order was missing. I tried calling them once home but no answer. Now I will just have to dispute the charge. I will not be back ever again. Attached is the picture of the $5 barria taco they offer…

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order here, either on the app or in person; my order is wrong, missing items, skimped or all the above. I have to open up tacos and burritos to make sure they are correct. Typically breakfast is better, but this morning they decided I only get half of a steak egg and cheese quesadilla the workers do not care at this location.

I normally don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this is twice in a row now. Last time, my Chicken Quesadilla just had cold, shredded cheese. Not the end of the world. This time? This time it’s like they’re actually trying to mess everything up as much as possible. The Quesadilla had almost nothing in it. It was so cut backwards. How do you mess that up?! The hard shell tacos felt suspiciously light when I took them out… because there was almost nothing in them… and they put in chicken instead of ground beef. We’re talking literally like two pieces of chicken, two cubes of tomato, and a little dusting of the rest. I do plan on going back because it’s the closest location, but I’ll just hold up the drive through line by inspecting everything before pulling away from now on.
