NEW REVIEW: Pizza was perfect, and gotta say customer service is awesome. The worker on the phone has allot of patience. He held his cool while someone was yelling probably trying to get free food. Had NO confirmation No email NO recognizable phone number. Isn’t that all asked for placing the order lol.

Went back here to get an undercooked pizza.
The outside looked good but under the cheese was either slightly doughy or very doughy.
The pizzas have gotten smaller and less tasty.
They have fallen from their peak during the pandemic quality rework.

Waiting 3 hours for my pizza. Called to see what was going on. A girl picked up the phone and clicked on me . I called back and a dude answered only to tell me i have to come pick up my pizza. And I politely told him I wanted it delivered. Never ordering here again so unprofessional and rude

So I know this is a chain pizza place but I needed to leave a review. This was more about the service I received by a young man that actually made me smile.
I was treated as soon as I walked in the door even though he was busy doing his work near the prep area.
Young man was courteous, attentive and respectful. Sadly this is something that we see less off in other venues. Always glad to see that not all is lost when it comes to people doing their jobs with a smile
As for my order, it was great. The toppings were nice spread out, food was hot and ordering via the app made it a quick turnaround

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. My boyfriend bought two pizzas and an order of tots from this domino’s and while we were eating the pizza he felt something in his mouth which ended up being a literal BALL OF HAIR. It was baked onto the pizza because when he spit it out, the cheese from the pizza was infused with it. My boyfriend called to tell them about it and the lady on the phone (with a horrendous attitude) said it was not possible for something like that to happen when they make the girls “wear” hair nets. She was denying it tooth and nail and told my boyfriend that she won’t believe him unless he brings it in for her to see it for herself. We live in Norwalk and I didn’t want him to drive all the way out there because of some woman’s ego. Needless to say we will never be returning to this location.

This place is the worst Domino’s pizza I’ve ever been. I ordered three pizzas an hour in advance and when I arrived to pick them up they hadn’t placed the order. They charged me and told me to come back in 15 minutes. I came back and they forgot to place my order again!!! and they didn’t even apologized!!!The employees look confused and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I ended up asking for my money back and went to Pizza Hut which is on Beverly Blvd and Maple.

Place looks clean but you never know what’s behind the counter. Guy behind the counter not very friendly… pizza was COLD not bad though. Second time here and using the tracker app. Not very useful even before the tracker says pizza is ready it already sitting on their rack getting cold. The lady that works there in the afternoon Gabby is rude and the only human in history to never make a mistake and try to gaslight you when you tell her your order wasn’t correct, with this lady at this location I’m sure they won’t stay in business especially with another dominos location just two mins down the street with a great friendly crew.
