Food is good and simple. This was my second time going. Their melter was down so I couldn’t order the BACON CHEDDAR MELT which I really wanted. It would have been nice to have been offered a coupon or some compensation for the inconvenience. But the bbq chicken sandwich I ordered was good.
I like the fact that the crowd is very diverse from grandma’s to construction workers to toddlers. The place was crowded, but service was quick.

I’ve been looking forward to trying this place for some time!
The drive through was a bit crazy so I decided go inside through the order line. The line was to the door yet it did move fast. I was surprised at the establishment having only one cashier available being noon thirty.
My advice is don’t let the line discourage you.
Mia at the register was extremely helpful & friendly!
I ordered their “Seasonal Senorita” & it’s so great! Other favorites that I ordered were “Jalapeño Holly” with two pepper icons & “Lauryn’s Lemon Basil”.
“Kickin’ Kay Lynne” had three pepper icons & “Classic Carol” were also part of my order.
None of these were spicy by my Latina standards, they were just tasty!
I loved that they all were well balanced in the mayonnaise department as I really don’t dig mayonnaise, so I shy away from chicken salads for that reason.
Mia offered me their wheat crackers & allowed me to take [to go menus] for the loved ones I shared these with. They also threw in plastic ware without my asking which is so great!

I brought Dad here for lunch once before and it was a good experience. We went back for our Daddy-Daughter lunch today.
I ordered the Classic Carol for Dad. The soups of the day were Loaded Potato, Chicken Poblano, and Tomato Bisque. I got Dad the Tomato Bisque and he enjoyed it. I had the Fancy Nancy sandwich on croissant with a side of pasta salad. Fancy Nancy had apples, grapes, and pecans. Love that! We both only finished half of our sandwiches so there’s leftovers.
There’s a section of to-go containers and the lady in front of me got a couple. There’s something for everyone!

I have to say I get why at lunch when we went as a surprise the drive through snaked around the parking lot and building. This place was packed and there is a reason why. Everything is delicious, plain and simple. I love the decor with all the photos on the wall, the light green paint, I love the picture with all of the family and friends that all are the flavors are named for. The service was prompt polite and helpful. Even though the place was packed we had our food in no time. I am picky about chicken salad and I have yet to have a flavor that is not mouth watering. I had sassy scout and the pimento and I devoured my scoops. My hubs liked his turkey blt, he was awfully quiet. I do not say this often but I could come here every day and twice on Sunday. They are also on my approved bathroom list. Good for a date, family meal or a group of friends. I/we will be back most definitely. And if you get a chance listen to the podcast about how this started on NPR, it is amazing.

I have been wanting to go to chicken salad chick for a very long time. I just moved to the area and this location was literally about five minutes away and i was so excited. I had to try it immediately! I got the grape salad as a side and the sandwich BLT with Olivia’s Southern with a side of the broccoli salad. When I say everything was so great, I mean it! Everything tasted so fresh and well prepared, I will definitely be back! Also, the ladies taking the order and checking me out were very kind as well!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. It’s by itself in this new shopping plaza, so parking and the restaurant was pretty empty. Was able to walk right up and place my order.
There’s 4 categories of the Chicken Salad from Traditional, Savory, Fruity & Nutty, and Spicy. In addition to the Chicken Salad, there’s also Pimento Cheese, Salads, Soups, and Sandwiches. Wanted to try different options, so ordered the Trio which allows you to pick 2 different scoops. Overall, tried the Olivia’s Old South, Fancy Nancy, Pimento Cheese, and Jalapeno Holly.
Each scoop was good and uniquely different. Being they were just scoops, you were able to taste each flavor without being influenced by the bread of a sandwich. I liked them all and came down to personal preference. They came with crackers for a little crunch. The trio was supposed to include a cookie, but they said they ran out, so can’t comment on that part of the meal.
It was a good, simple, healthy meal that was good and worth another visit to try some of the other flavors.

I had a great lunch experience there today, no line and very friendly service. I ordered the jalapeno holly salad with the poblano soup. It was so perfect and delicious. Love the quality and prices of this place. I highly recommend it and I would eat there again.
