Excellent service and quality food and awesome coffee. I always get a half sweet carmel macchiatto with almond milk and they make it perfect everytime. My drink is nice and creamy, balanced and HOT! My everything bagel is always fresh and toasted perfectly. Thank you for starting my morning perfectly

I dont agree with the negative reviews about the bathroom at this location. This is a rough location and I personally am glad there is a code for the restroom it keeps paying customers as well as the employees safe! Keep up the great work thank you for being on this side of town.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Disappointed by lack of basic humanity

I just visited this Starbucks within the last few minutes and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Bethany. I urgently needed to use the restroom and asked politely if I could use it. She told me it was for customers only and insisted I make a purchase first — even after I said I intended to buy something, but simply needed to use the restroom before ordering.

It’s unreasonable to expect someone to make a purchase while in discomfort, and it’s disheartening that compassion and basic humanity seem to have been replaced by rigid policy. I understand wanting to reserve restrooms for paying customers, but there’s a way to enforce that rule with empathy. Had I been allowed to use the restroom, I absolutely would have stayed to buy something. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

This experience does not reflect the warmth or community spirit Starbucks claims to stand for. I hope management reconsiders how this policy is applied — people deserve to be treated like humans first, not transactions.

Went there to order a couple Gouda sandwiches and and the wife needed to use the restroom but the door has a code so I asked for a code and they asked if I’m going to order first as I’m standing at the register with my wallet out, the staff is either clueless or did not have any manners they don’t have any social skills and do not have the knowledge on how to treat their customers I do not recommend this place as a matter of fact I recommend boycotting Starbucks all together the prices are way over price for mediocre coffee

First time here, came into the store to study, and my usual flow is to sit down, get organized, then order a coffee. This time I really needed to use the restroom, and when I tried to ask for the code, the guy with the died purple hair barely acknowledged me and told me I needed to be a ‘paying’ customer. That really upset me because I often times buy 2-3 coffees plus food over a 4-6 hour study session–I’m really blowing my bank account at these coffee shops. No other Starbucks I have been to has mandated a pay before use policy for their restrooms. Second time I showed up (it’s close to a spot I frequent), I came by and had to wait for a girl to come to the register from elsewhere in the store. I tried to lock eyes with purple hair guy to get some sort of assurance I would be helped, but he just ignored me while he was talking with his coworker. Clean and good vibe in the seating area of the store. AC here is great while it’s roasting outside.

I was really delighted with this Starbucks. It was not overcrowded with furniture, while still having lots of seating options. The young lady that greeted us was very professional and helpful. And my PSL was divine!!!

I came to the drive though this morning on 7/26/2025 @ 9:10am and the man who took my order was very cheerful, his voice was just very positive, and when I drove up to pay, and grabbed my drink I saw there was a cheerful message written on my cup that said “have a great day”! I appreciate the man going that extra mile. Great customer service.

“When it’s right, it’s right!” That’s my reaction after taking a sip.

I stopped coming to this location about 7 months ago because the quality of drinks was unbearable and the consistency was zero.

So today I took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff was not rushed, they were kind, friendly, helpful…

I ordered venti hot peppermint mocha KIDS TEMP and it actually came out perfect.

As this is my 1st time back in a while, I don’t know if the staff has changed or if training was done or what, but this experience gives me hope that the next visit will be just as great as this morning.

I went there to meet my nephew that I’ve never met before for the first time He’s 24 years old or so now and it was cool I got him a sandwich and got me regular black coffee and it’s nice sitting there and people were friendly and the staff was friendly and see some people come in and just plug in your device and. charge up and sit there and relax and you was cool with it. I’d recommend going here

Here’s my bacon Gouda egg 5$ sandwich. Is it just me or is it a quarter of the size it used to be? But the same price. This is our/my fault for accepting this. For coming back. Not often. Only because I had gift cards. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this.
