i’ve tried being nice and patient because i understand they’re understaffed and things get hectic, but this is like the 5th time they’ve messed up my order. jalapeños instead of pickles, an abysmal amount of onions when i ordered no onions, etc. tonight i was so excited to have my impossible whopper, literally hadn’t eaten all day. after being parked for 15 minutes, i finally get the food. i get home and excitedly unwrap my burger to be met with an abomination of someone else’s order. beef patty with bacon jalapeño and barbecue sauce. i’m going to be sick. it was wrapped in the impossible whopper paper too. and it was a mobile order and the damn app sucks so getting a refund is the most difficult process in the world.

This is the worst place I have ever been. They are rude and just down right ignorant. They turned the lights out while I was in the drive through, looked right at me through the window after sitting there for 10 min. Ignored me completely. They were open till 12 and it was 11:22 when I drove away. They took my $ thought. They didn’t mind doing that! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! SO IGNORANT!

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food resturants but tonight while waiting in the pick up line to get my dine in order I watched the manager of this location walk in carrying a drain snake (long thin coil of metal rolled into a blue plastic housing, used to unstop toilets among other things) come in from an outside door (that led to the parking lot) and place it on top of a stainless steel food prep surface.

One thing about this location is that it is consistent. Many times they run out of certain food items. Poor quality. I ordered jalapeno cheddar poppers that were probably sitting out for hours and the chicken tenders were the same, dry and poor quality taste.

I travel A LOT. Burger King is one of my favorite places to stop on the road as it is a quick and tasty burger. Most of the times it’s about what you expect from a fast food place now a days, but this particular one in Bethel, PA on I78 W Impressed me! Really clean, each employee was kind while making sure to stay professional in the care and preparation of the food, while exhibiting team work. Food was great. I did have to wait, but not as long as most places and the reason for the wait was because of the fresh sausage and hash browns which I have no issue with! If you a fan of Burger King or just want to experience what and how service and how a place should be, You will be doing yourself a disservice if you pass up a chance to dine here.

I went through the drive through and got home. And one of my sandwiches was not in the bag and a whopper.Junior order was ordered with no mayo, and there was mayo on the sandwich and when I tried to call the phone number, all I get is a busy signal for the money you pay for fast food anymore, it should at least be right!!!

Today we waited 26 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our food. 26 minutes does not sound like a long time, but sitting in a line with a young child and an infant is definitely not ideal. There will not be a next time.

I ordered online and got here and they were out of onion rings and said they would give me a 12 piece chicken fry which is fine.But then I pull up to the window and the chicken is not done cooking for the wraps. And I’ve sat in the parking lot and additional 10 minutes.Waiting for the ‘fast’ food. never again!!!!
