This location is the very best! I come here ALL the time & the employees are always very busy & working hard. My order is 99% of the time correct & tasty. The one time my order wasn’t right – it was happily corrected. I mobile order & my order is almost always ready in the 10 mins as the app says. Sometimes it’s not ready because the store is incredibly busy which is understandable. The employees are professional & friendly especially Tonisha Best. She goes above & beyond for her customers. She’s always very friendly, greeting people as they enter and at the same time getting food & smoothies prepared. I appreciate all they do ! When Tonisha is there I know my smoothie is going to taste extra good.

My smoothie was delicious and much larger than I was expecting. I got a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie which has blueberries, strawberries and bananas. They doubled my Strawberries cause I told them absolutely no bananas. Turned out great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I cant wait to go back and try other flavors and do recommend.

They just park wherever they want, with one vehicle parked there for over two hours. I keep trying to upload the pictures but it keeps kicking them out.

Nothing to do with the workers. The acai bowl should not be 12 dollars and change after tax especially being the small size that it is. Terrible on Tropical Cafe for this. If I’m paying the price of a meal then it needs to come in larger size. Won’t be here again for that acai bowl

I am a regular customer. Nobody taking orders. Waited 10 minutes and left. I can understand that the workers were busy but never keep a customer waiting to place their order. I will not return. Very disappointed because I really like the food.

I order my food and wasn’t sure about the bacon being flimsy or crisp the female that took my order kindly explained the process and what came on the chipotle grilled chicken on flatbread I also ordered a berry bliss with a scoop of protein everything was a 10/10 expect dat little banana but I didn’t want the sides anyway lol

The avocado sandwich was more like dry toast with a TINY smear of avocado on it, the dragon fruit smoothie tasted like straight bananas, and the kale apple salad was warm and almost slimy like it had been cooked or heated up. Horrible experience for my first time eating here.

I enjoy coming in here for an occasional smoothie, but I wish the staff were friendlier. Last time I came here, the woman behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me with a simple “hello” and asked “are you here for a smoothie?” Very weird and awkward for a business to address a customer like that. It may be trivial, but kindness goes a long way, especially in today’s world.
