It would be great to see a bit more customer engagement in the café. While the self-service kiosk is convenient, a welcoming and inviting staff presence always enhances the experience. The manager handled an incorrect order very well, the facility was clean, and service was quick. With just a little more focus on friendly interaction, this location easily earns a 5-star rating.

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s -The fries were freezing cold—not just lukewarm, but straight-up cold like they’d been sitting out for a while.
What made it worse was the manager, Michelle. She had a nasty attitude when I politely mentioned the issue. No apology, no effort to fix it, just pure attitude. Customer service matters, especially when the food is already wrong.
If this is how problems are handled here, I won’t be coming back. This place seriously needs to work on both food quality and how customers are treated.

I needed a carry out of coffee, last minute and tried to go to another local competitor first (⭐️ ) and was informed I had to notify them 24 hours in advance. I came across the street to your location and the manager wss able to help me right away with mt request. I was so grateful thay I ended up ordering 2 orders of the 20 piece McNuggets as well.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I’ve been here multiple times over the last month and a half and every time I have to wait over 25 mins for my two basic meals and every time they forget something in my order. They need to fire everyone in there and close it. Absolutely ridiculous. I thought this was supposed to be fast food? There’s nothing fast about it. They make you park and wait 25+ minutes after you pay just so they can screw you. And y’all want $25/hr? I’d rather have machines do your jobs.

I usually love going there. But tonight I went and got my usual order of a spicy chicken and a 6 dollar double cheeseburger meal. I ask if they gave me some ranch and was yes. She did not and I did not even get my nuggets . I tried to call twice the person answered and then hung up on me .

I really want to give 5 stars, but we had to wait 15 min. for just 2 kids’ meals ♂️. That’s not ok. The new tech is cool, but I didn’t like using a touch screen to order. I used to get paid for that . It might catch on if they provided a discount for using it.
The new look is very nice and open. It’s sad that there’s less seating in the kid’s area, but at least there’s some.

McDonald’s will always hold a special place in this 80’s baby/90’s kid’s heart. From the nostalgic glass Batman souvenir cups, to their classic fries, delicious ice cream, and collectible happy meal toys. McDonald’s is here to stay. Over the years they have revamped and renovated their restaurant dining rooms to appear more modern and inviting. While in the area, I visited with my mom for dinner. I was drawn to purchase a collective glass that they’ve been promoting. I decided to use my McDonald’s app and Mobile Order while dining in with table service. I love this option. It’s so easy to use your app deals to save alot of money and table service has been excellent. A nice young man delivered our food fresh within minutes of placing the mobile order. My fries were piping hot, nuggets were excellent and we enjoyed our ice cream that was such a cool treat on a humid day.
This location is clean and modern. The booth seating is clean and very comfortable. The padded booth seating makes it difficult for anyone to give up their seat after dining. The bathrooms were spic and span and the staff here are professional and courteous. This shows in the freshness of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant and how pleasant the employees are.

Consistently extremely slow service. Rude staff that doesn’t even speak to you when you pick up your order, let alone apologize for the 15 minutes it took to go through drive through. Countless times of getting the wrong soda. I give up…and should have a long time ago.
