Ordered and when I got home and open the plate this is what it looked like. They had slaw on the bottom then fries then more slaw on the top. A waste of money and time and whoever done it should be fired on the spot and lacks common sense

First time eating at this location. I got the 5 boneless wings combo, it was $9 and some change. Some of the drink flavors were out in the fountain, but there was Coke, water, and fresh sweet tea. Overall, the food was okay and the service was good.

We ordered at the drive through window. We were asked to drive up to wait for our food. 17 minutes later I thought maybe they had forgotten me. So, I went inside to check to see if my food was ready. There was one girl at the counter that was nice and asked what I think was the manager about the situation. The manager told me that the kitchen crew were getting it ready now. Within a minute of wait, they had it to me. No apologies for being late. The manager simply handed it to me. When I got out to my car, I noticed no sauces had been placed inside my bag like I had asked. I went inside to ask for sauce and ketchup, the manager looked at me and said, “you can get ketchup out there”, and pointed to where ketchup was. Then, she handed me the sauces I asked for and did not say one word to me. No smile. Just matter of fact. She acted like she did not want to be there. I smiled and said, “thank you all for being so nice” and walked out. I love going to Zaxby’s usually! We were just passing through Whiteville, and saw Zaxby’s. Most people working at Zaxby’s have always been kind and pleasant. This crew, especially the manager, was rather rude. They could have at least apologized for my food being so late in getting to me. I do frequent Whiteville white traveling, but will be avoiding this restaurant from now on. They need to be taught decent manners to their customers!

After Spending almost $30 you would think you wouldn’t be treated Rude at the drive thru. I ordered 3 plates of chicken fingers,the chicken was so small and about 10 fries and cold bread on all three plates except one plate only had 2 chicken fingers. The last time I stopped there,I told myself id not go back but I did. So this time I mean its the very last time I spend my hard earned money at this Zaxbys in Whiteville. Everyone should go elsewhere.

Stopped here on a road trip and it was so good and Dana was so helpful! a great cashier!! Food was hot and fresh only issue is the sodas tasted a little off.

I ordered the family meal and if Zaxby’s was low on sauces they should have just said that every order of chicken had a Dab of sauce on them. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would’ve ordered them Driest chicken EVER ♀️ I don’t know what’s going on but this is becoming a repeat occurrence. That chicken is too expensive for it to be a dry mess. Felt like I was eating a Popeyes biscuit OHH and I guess they were out of celery also Ps this was a 70+ dollar order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through drive thru, sat there 20-25 mins being 3rd in line. I ordered 2 chicken tender plates (6) tenders and fries only. Got my food, pulled in my yard, only 4 tenders per plate and a handful of fries. Went back and the older lady’s attitude was like ehhh oh well. Fries were under cooked. Chicken tenders were under cooked. Tea tastes spoiled like it’s been sitting ALL DAY. Spent $30 on this trash. Will not go back. The only one who was good was the young girl in drive thru.

Just ordered a Zalad and it was horrible. The lettuce was an old, bitter, and browning iceberg. The tomatoes were disgusting, and there were virtually no carrots. I could make a better salad at home. Extremely disappointed, especially considering how much they charge for these…
