Coffee was decent but overpriced in my opinion. The service was slow on our second visit. Maybe we’ll give them another chance in the future. But a 20-minute wait seemed a bit too long for their service structure.

I’ve been to multiple 7brew locations north of this one. Unfortunately, they’ve made my drink wrong twice now. Once was the wrong syrup and today was filling the whole cup with ice when I asked for light ice- which I know they put on the ticket because they read it back to me. Beware when asking for light ice. The music, although good, is also extremely loud compared other locations which makes it annoying to order. Will stick to my usual locations on Howe Ave or Lyndhurst

On 12/23/25 I was at seven brew picking up a coffee and I waited there for about an hour. Their service was horrible and the girl who was taking orders in our line completely skipped over my vehicle for whatever reason. This location did not demonstrate professionalism nor respect.
