Update to first post. The serve and food is even worse. See second tots. So much for quality control. Manager’s attitude was the last straw. She said her name was Johnny, but I don’t believe it. They need a different manager. We will see if I actually get my money back for the sub-standard food they are dishing out. Do Not even bother with this location. I won’t be back again. Worthless!
First post… Use to be really good, but service and food not so much anymore. Ordered bacon cheddar tots again. Showed up with out parm sauce. Again! Half to use the app because website doesn’t load. Watch your order, the app changes it on you. Tried calling the employees are rude and manager won’t talk to you. Get told to call back. Have called in the past same. They either can’t or won’t help help. Don’t bother with their pizza insurance thing, it doesn’t work either.

I waited at the windows for 10mins!!! Seen old dude standing there hoping he see me nothing soo I knocked on window he still acted like he didn’t see nor hear me banging on window…a lady walked in and out of the freezer im guessing acting like she also didnt see me there….when I decided after 10mins to go around go inside to see 7 people working in the front….why couldn’t anyone get me at the window!? Then got attitude…Never Will I Come To This Domino’s again pizza wasn’t cut write and waited so long dont look good..sad

I ordered a pizza at around 10:00 pm while in medical center hospital for my friends grandma who has cancer. I then went to the store to pick up my pizza at 10:20 (they close at 11 on sundays) and tried to enter to get my pizza. All doors were locked 40 minutes BEFORE close with employees inside. First, I tried knocking on the door and using the doorbell (knowing there were employees inside) and no one answered or even peeked their head around the corner. I then called the store and was promptly hung up on. I then went to the drive thru to get my pizza because I couldn’t enter the store even though the store was “open” with posted signage saying so. When I said the name for my order, the worker slammed the drive thru window and went to get my pizza. When he returned with my pizza, he shoved the pizza all the way into my car instead of handing it to me politely. I know it’s close to closing, but he could’ve been nicer. I do not recommend this place.

I mistakenly ordered at this location and it was the worst mistake ever! I sat at the pick up window for about 10 minutes. I walked inside. No one greeted me. No one said anything to me. I waited at the counter, looking at the phones off the hook and I had to approach somebody who then it gave me attitude to just get two small pizzas. For this being locally owned and operated, it is the worst !

This branch of Dominos pizza has the worse service..I reached there today by 4:15 pm, no one came to take my orders, l went to the side facing where they’re preparing the food,so they can see me..A guy told me he can have time to take my orders by 10-15 minutes time. I said ok, but l waited for almost 25 minutes and these guys were still not coming to ask me about my orders. I just got out of their premises.

Got the wrong pizza and the hot wings looked like dog food.

I had a somewhat challenging experience at the Domino’s on a busy Friday evening, but I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service I received, especially from Amanda.
Initially, upon arriving at the wrong Domino’s location for my order pick-up, I was given incorrect information by the front desk staff, who mistakenly advised me that my order was in the process and suggested I wait. Trusting their guidance, I patiently waited for over an hour. I did inquire about my order twice during the wait, but the responses were a bit confusing and seemed to hint at some frustration.
It was during this time that I approached Amanda, a Domino’s employee. When I showed her the same order information I had presented earlier, she immediately noticed the address discrepancy.
Amanda’s quick recognition of the issue and her proactive approach were truly impressive. Without hesitation, she used her resources to create a fresh order for me right there.
Amanda’s exceptional customer service not only salvaged my order but also left me with a positive impression of Domino’s.
I want to commend the entire team for their hard work, especially during the Friday evening rush. This experience reminds me of the importance of appreciating great service, even in challenging situations. I even called the manager and told him i ordered 3 dipping sauces for it and he says “maybe it wasn’t labeled” which is false the box said (3) then he claims “we don’t put more than one dipping in the box” which is also a lie because my wings i requested 2 dipping cups and they had 2 in the box. Worst customer service ever. At least credit my account since i paid for the sauce. I know how it works, worked at Domino’s for 8 mo before. Terrible manager. It sucks because the food is good.
