Reviews
The staff was amazing and did a great job. The atmosphere is clean and new looking. Very refreshing.
The second we picked up the food to go, we were both talking about how good it smelled. Got The Warrior, Hungry Queca, and a side of Tortillas. You can tell everything is made in house and it’s so fresh. This Salsa Verde is impeccable
Will 100% be returning!! Extremely satisfied. Can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu‼️
1. More spices and seasonings. The taste of everything was rather bland. Not much flavor involved in most of the ingredients, especially the chicken.
2. More meat in the burritos. There wasn’t much chicken in the burritos, so I think it makes sense to either add more meat or set prices lower.
I usually wait a few days before writing reviews so I can really think about the experience, but this food was so good that I’m writing this while I’m still sitting in the restaurant.
I didn’t want to overdo it, but I also tried the street hot dog. I’ve been seeing those Instagram videos of LA street vendors selling bacon-wrapped hot dogs with peppers, mayo, mustard, and ketchup, and this one absolutely hit the spot. It was really good overall.
My only minor complaint—and it’s not a big deal—is that the fries were a bit too salty. It tasted like too much seasoned salt. Also, while the hot dog was good, I could tell it had been boiled, and I personally would’ve preferred it roasted on the grill with the bacon to avoid that water-retained taste. Still, it didn’t take away from the experience much.
I’m not a one-to-five or out-of-ten kind of reviewer. My stars speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be back.
