Absolutely must visit!
Charming location with old east coast supper club feel to it. Inviting dining room, intimate bar, sizable back and private room, and outdoor seating with additional fire pits and comfortable seating for happy hour or socializing.

Service was great. from reception, to being greeted by the owner, to our friendly and very responsive server Eddie. With a changing seasonal menu Eddie nicely covered options for the kids.

Both kids elected the filet which was nicely done. Our son said “it’s the best filet he has ever had!” My wife and I both had the chili rubbed short-ribs, her with the included risotto; me with a mashed potato substitution. Both our meals were incredibly delicious and well prepared.

Will definitely go again!

Plenty of parking including complimentary Valet. They were able to accommodate a short-notice reservation for our party even on Friday evening.

The place was busy and energetic; but noise and light levels were conducive to socializing and being able to hear your party.

Very clean restrooms.

This was a fantastic experience from the start. Stonehouse is beautiful and inviting as you walk up to the building. Once you go inside the floor plan is elegant, yet it has a warm, cozy feel to it. Right in front of you is the bar area and as you walk into the dining room, it extends out in a sophisticated, yet homey feel.

We sat in front of the fireplace in a secluded area—ideal for a romantic dinner. Our server Luanne was fantastic. She was attentive, but not overbearing. She had excellent knowledge of the menu, and was very helpful and patient in helping us make our choices. She also made sure we ordered the appropriate amount of food.

The cocktail we ordered was excellent. The Stone Fashioned was fantastic, with house-made bitters. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was excellent. We started with a blistered tomato and basil flatbread which was a wonderful start. We had an order of Brussels sprouts that were full of flavor. We shared the black-and-blue Bison New York strip over mashed potatoes and it was cooked perfectly. The timing of the food was also excellent. We were not sitting around waiting on courses and the refills and check-ins on the food and drinks were seamless.

Stonehouse provides an experience that is sophisticated, yet it feels like you are welcomed into your home. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Had a nice dinner out. My husband I haven’t been here in awhile. Wanted to try it again. Wasn’t pleased with crap cake had good flavor but no crab to see or taste. I thought the fish was good. Our drinks were really good. Our salads were fresh. Dining room was a pretty loud place but you can ask for an area that is quieter I seen later .

Our table tried the Stuffed banana peppers, truffle fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and satisfying, and the portions were generous enough that we brought some home. The cocktails were just as impressive, especially the espresso martini and lemon drop martini. Every part of the visit exceeded expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back again.

Andrew was phenomenal! This location has an attention to detail that is missing in other local restaurants. Before my wine glass is even near the bottom, they are refilling it to the appropriate height. The whiskey ribeye melted with every bite and the lamb chops are absolutely heavenly. Besides being in a gorgeous location, the attentive and professional staff add to an unforgettable evening. A must if you enjoy high end quality dining.

We are new to the area, and this is our new favorite spot! We sat at the bar and ordered appetizers and cocktails then moved outside to the gorgeous patio. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, with great communication and service. The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced for the quality.

we had hoped for great things when trying this local restaurant. the staff and service was excellent. we went for my wife’s birthday, and decided to try somewhere new. our table was situated by the bar, which was quite lively and loud, so this must be a place for happy hour cocktails.

unfortunately the food did not meet expectations. our appetizer of blue crab hushpuppies were not very good. it tasted of filler and old oil in an under-heated deep fryer. both entrees also failed to impress as they were also not properly seasoned or cooked.

could be a gem if they got a new chef and menu, and it’d be great to have a reliable fine dining restaurant in Colleyville. i don’t think we’d go back until that happens though.

I had heard about this gem of a restaurant for way too long before I actually made it there. It absolutely lived up to every bit of the hype! There is such a warm, inviting vibe when sitting at the bar and having one of their delicious cocktails, while visiting with Colleyville neighbors. Every meal I’ve had there is perfection – perfectly cooked, delicious with complex flavor profiles, and the service is impeccable. I also love sitting out on their patio with a glass of wine around the fire pit. It’s truly an experience and I couldn’t recommend it more.

The food here is absolutely above and beyond. I had my first date here with the woman that I just married. And it might be the restaurant’s fault lol! The service is above par and closer to beyond normal. You can walk through the front door and be greeted with a handshake like the adult you wanna be. You can park your supercar right out front to make sure everybody knows you can afford your dinner. The atmosphere is very Gatsby style. A slightly older crowd maybe middle-aged is the right way to say it. They have a great wine selection and a stake that makes my mouth water while I type this.

Went to Stone House to celebrate my son’s birthday. What an absolute treat this restaurant is. With everything from a two-year-old to a 68-year-old, the food was wonderful and the service was as well. Starting with the ambiance … the building is an actual stone house complete with a front stoop and a back patio with seating for people waiting or just getting a drink. Our server immediately jumped on getting drinks and getting food ordered for my two-year-old grandson. I don’t remember it there is a kid’s menu, but there was still plenty to select from. His main course was the truffle mac and cheese, and it was creamy and flavorful. We had a couple adult drinks for the adults including a well prepared Apperol Spritz and an excellent Pouilly-Fume which is a wine that you don’t find in that many restaurants. For starters we split two orders of the crab cakes and the octopus. The crab cakes were perfectly prepared and crab-centric, rather than bread-centric. The grandson liked those as well. I thought the octopus serving was a little slight for the price, but it was well prepared. So that is my only complaint about the entire evening. For mains we had Seared Salmon, Redfish, Shrimp & Grits, and an order for the appetizer meatballs. All were good size, especially the meatballs. Every dish was cooked, in our entire group’s humble opinion, to perfection. And all would order again. Mine was the redfish and it was as well prepared as any I have ever had with the bed of crawfish gumbo and basmati rice. For my daughter in law’s seared salmon, she requested the champagne buerre blanc sauce instead of the menu’s blackberry jalapeño glaze and they accommodated with a smile. Her asparagus under the fish was very generous and also prepared well. The one side we had, other than the sides that came with entrees, was the parmesan creamed spinach, and it was decadently rich. Can not even imagine the calories in that, but when something tastes that good it is worth it. Plus, we can all say we had a helping of good for you spinach. We did not have desert. With six drinks over the evening total (not each), plus the prices for the starters and entrees, this was quite an expensive meal. But as a special occasion, and given the quality at every level, it was worth it.
