I am a native Bolivian and was visiting my hometown yesterday. I had seen the Carriage House Coffee FB page a month or so ago. The restaurant looked good, so did the menu and the reviews were positive and all of that caught my eyes and I made a mental note to visit. I asked my family member who lives in Bolivar and they have been there and gave positive reviews. To make a long story short while home yesterday I suggested that we stop in and I’m glad that we did. It’s a great place to chill and be sufficiently satisfied. The prices are very reasonable. While sitting there my family member and i saw and greeted several people that we haven’t seen in years as they walksd by the window. I’m looking forward to going back during the week to try out the lunch plate special. It’s a cozy lil’ spot!!

There is no one word for this amazing little gem .. charming,warm, inviting, friendly, comfortable,safe, family, you walk in and you feel like you just got a huge hug and your at home. The coffee is amazing and the homemade treats (muffins, pastries, turnovers ect) are delicious. The decore is inviting and beautiful and perfectly unique.. I am so glad I walked thru the door ❤️

Today was my first visit and definitely not my last. It is very cute and spacious inside the coffee house and relaxing. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but I enjoy a latte from time to time. I got an iced caramel latte and a salad. I’ve had some lattes that taste like straight coffee regardless of the flavor. However, this one was very good and well balanced. The salad was really good as well.
