I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but my experience at Domino’s on 172nd and Halsey was absolutely five-star worthy ⭐️
I was having a rough night, didn’t feel like cooking, and decided to order a stuffed crust Meat Lovers pizza. After reading some of the reviews, I was honestly a little hesitant—but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. The negative reviews definitely don’t reflect my experience!
David was incredibly kind, upbeat, and professional. His positive attitude genuinely brightened my evening, and he made sure I got my order at a great price. The pizza came out hot, cheesy, and delicious and it was ready surprisingly fast, especially with only two employees working at the time.
Huge thank you to David and the Domino’s team—you guys are doing an awesome job!

so I got pick up from this place and I was scared because of a horrible experience I had at the other Domino’s down the street from me when I saw that my order was marked as complete before I got there, but everything was great I got there & pizza was hot. It was also made correctly and it wasn’t a mess like at the other store I am used to going to. I got pick up so I can’t speak for delivery experience but my pick up experience was great. I accidentally clicked the wrong sauce flavor so they gave me a little small container of the garlic Parm sauce and I offered to pay for it, but they didn’t charge because they said there was no way to charge for it which I really appreciated because I was having a really terrible day and I was literally crying before I got to the restaurant. The food was amazing and unlike the other place, I didn’t get horrible stomach cramps hours later so I’m gonna stick with this spot for future pick up orders

Ham on pizza was spoiled sour. Im passing through, Called maybe 10 minutes after pick up to let them know and the lady said “no its not don’t bring it back you just don’t enjoy the taste of our ham, it came off the truck yesterday. we won’t refund you but you can pick up another one only from us and not today we’re busy.” lol sour pork is sour pork, it wasn’t personal lady you’re gunnu get sick.

Ordered their ultimate pepperoni tonight and it’s yummy. This is my 2nd time ordering from the Halsey location. I don’t think they pay that much attention when cutting the pizza, they are triangle shaped just different sizes some small and then a very large slice.

Last week I ordered here online, it said my order was ready so I went to pick it up. It was not ready. So I waited patiently they said it’d be about 6 more minutes. No biggie to me stuff happens. So me and my partner wait patiently. 6 mins quickly turned into 40 minutes, and they asked me my name again only to realize that one of my pizzas were missing… so they made a new one. Needless to say I waited for a little over an hour for my food. I was just going to brush it off because I’ve worked in the food/service industry and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt…
Then comes tonight. I placed a small order for a pizza and cheesy bread. It was ready on time and everything was fine…. I get home and 3 out of the 8 slices are literally nothing but bubble. This upset me and I figured I’d leave a review and post a picture.

Delivery driver David left my food on my porch after my order took two hours. No knock on the door or anything. Food was cold. Called any the worker hung up in my face and said drivers aren’t required to knock despite my choice was set to hand it to me. Don’t recommend

I don’t usually leave negative reviews; however, I sheduled a pizza delivery for 5. Called at 5:15 because the tracker showed it’s still at the store. They were not helpful at all “we can’t control that” – then why do you offer scheduled delivery?? I let them know that this was actually the second time in 3 weeks that this exact situation has happened and they didn’t care. If you want your food at the time you order your food to be delivered, don’t order from here

The pizza was so cold and burnt this was a terrible order it arrived 2 hours after the order was placed I live 5 mins away.
