I gave this place a second chance, and it was just as bad as the first. The restaurant was incredibly dirty, and it looked like no one cared about the cleanliness. I couldn’t even eat comfortably because my arms were sticking to the table. YUCK The cashier was completely uninterested in being there, which made the whole experience feel unwelcoming from the start.
The food was wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get. I paid $50 for 3 baked potatoes and one kids meal, and it wasn’t even close to what I was expecting. By the time you mix everything together, you feel like you’re just eating the potato- toppings are unnoticeable. You can barely taste the meat, and there was hardly any on the potato. Compare the photos on the website to what we actually got – it’s a complete joke. To top it off, I woke up with a terrible stomach ache the next morning.
They have all kind of award from 2023 all over the restaurant. Yeah, maybe 2 years ago it was good, but is has gone completely downhill. The expectations were high from looking at pictures from the reviews, but those were also probably from 2023.
After this, I’ll never be stepping foot in here again. This place isn’t worth it – save your money and your stomach!
Unfortunately, my burger was served cold, dry, and poorly prepared — and for $11, it didn’t even come with fries. I politely requested a refund, but the cashier’s response was rude and dismissive. The cook even came out from the back and asked what had happened, and the cashier told him, “She doesn’t want the burger because it doesn’t come with fries.” That was not the case at all — my reasons also included the burger being cold, dry, and sloppy.
Despite me remaining polite, the cashier then began slamming tables and chairs around us while cleaning, clearly showing her frustration. To make matters worse, she shut down the soda machine while we were still eating, preventing refills.
As someone with a background in Hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. We had driven in from Kyle and have always spoken highly of this restaurant, but this visit was extremely disappointing. Sadly, this experience was a 0/10 and does not reflect the standards I expect from this establishment.

A potato has to have cheese!
You can see that you can literally count the cheese shreds.
