Loved the food and the atmosphere of this cafe that is housed in what used to be a Bank back in the early days. The vault is now their cold storage locker. All seven of us walked out very well fed and with full bellies and smiles on our faces. The service was excellent and fairly quick. Talked with one of the Mama’s who made us feel like family. We will stop by here again. P.s. The cooks need a raise. The meals were very well made. Nice portion size.

This is a must visit! The service was just right, the atmosphere is rustic but clean, and the food was outrageously good.
Sriracha lime chicken tacos:
This came with a pineapple salsa and a slightly toasted tortilla. Every bite was refreshing and yet bold. I wish I could just sit there and eat them all day!
Mama’s Burger:
A beef patty, pulled pork, chicken fried bacon, onion rings, smoked cheddar cheese, pickles, and BBQ sauce. This one will definitely fill you up! It was very messy, but so incredibly good.
Rice and beans side:
I’ve had a lot of rice and beans in my life. Never did I even think that it could ever taste so good!
Needless to say, this place is definitely on our Colorado Favorites list of places to visit again.

The food was amazing, service even better. Our waitress Kellie was absolutely phenomenal! Super fast service from the cook’s, our party had 8 people in it and we were in and our in 45 minutes

Went here almost every day for breakfast on my recent trip. I got the 1/2 Hot Mess (biscuit, eggs, hash browns, covered with gravy)which was great! I consider myself a big eater, but can’t imagine how anyone would be able to eat the Whole Hot Mess! Service was quick, staff were friendly, and prices were reasonable.
