This is a phenomenal place to sit for a doughnut, cup of coffee, and meet with homies or coworkers. I’ve had to do some paperwork recently and decide to catch up in the lobby with a coffee. The blonde lady working was super hospitable and made sure me and my co worker had what we needed! Great place and people working.

I pulled up into the Tim Hortons drive thru around 11:37am waited a couple of minutes then said hello. Then someone answered and said one moment waited another 6 minutes. After this I told them my order went up to the window and got my order. I ordered a Carmel ice Capp with Carmel and oat milk, a sausage egg and cheese English muffin, and a chocolate dip donut. I was handed everything correctly except the sausage egg and cheese English muffin. Leaving at 11:48 am. I really wish they would have explained they didn’t have the English muffin instead I got a grilled cheese sandwich. Lately when I go here it’s a hit or miss with good service. I haven’t ever received bad service or not getting what I paid for this is a first.

As I waited for my pickup order I watched a woman employee who was SLOWLY assembling a sandwich tell a story of some sort to another employee who was just standing around. I’ve never seen someone so blatantly ignore costumers and loudly yap to other employees about their personal life while “working”. Nobody even asked what I was waiting for for at least 5 minutes until a very young employee stepped up and looked to be the only one working around there. Even watched other customers line up as employees continued to stand around and not even greet them. They stood at the register trying to solve another problem while the customers were just standing staring at them waiting. It wasn’t until minutes later that they finally offered to take their order – all of this is happening while the other employee is of course telling her life story.

2 people waiting for coffee. 4 people working behind the counter. Waited 6 minutes to attempt to order or have someone acknowledge we were there. No line. No one in front of us. Not one employee made eye contact. Not one employee greeted us. After 6 minutes, we left and went across the street to Starbucks. In and out of Starbucks within 5 minutes.

We ordered an Medium iced latte with 2 pumps of caramel and Medium iced latte with oat milk & 1 pump of sugar free vanilla. Both drinks were good, but i added 1 stevia to the iced latte with oat milk. the staff was friendly as it was our first time at this location.

We were walk in customers, who ate there. The clerk made us wait while continuing to attend to numerous drive up customers. When she got to us, she was rude and unfriendly. I got a donut and a hot biscuit. She put both in small bag, with the donut on the bottom. You guessed it, the icing all melted off the donut, which I didn’t eat. I asked for a replacement, and she seems to have found one that way half iced (see photo). About the coffee? Well she didn’t seem to have time to serve that with my order… the drive up took priority ya know… So when after a couple minutes I returned to the counter to ask for my coffee. She said, “I’m getting it, if you’ll just wait a minute.” Really? So I went back to sit down. Eventually she got my coffee, not walking the 12 steps to bring it to me, but leaving it on the counter without comment.
Thus was just really poor service. Big picture, so what? But really, I’ll never be back, and I’ll spread the word. I believe the person interacting with us was the manager. She was clearly in charge of the operation. The time was approximately 6am. There were at least four employees working at the time.
