When I came to Cane’s restaurant, I was expected to get a full kids meal with drink and everything but instead I was greeted with 1/8 of drink and 7/8 of ice and I paid for a full drink. I am very unhappy right now.

The chicken and fries were fine, so were the drinks however the sauce tasted very off and the next morning I got sick three times because of it. I’ve ate there well over 20+ times and have never had issues until now, it could be a one time thing but I expect everything to be good in terms of date and that nothing is spoiled because that is just completely unacceptable.

This was mine and my husband’s first time ever having Cane’s, I ordered the tailgating size chicken fingers, fries and bread oh and plenty of sauce! We have a Guthrie’s in Alabama where we were born and raised and there is also Guthrie’s in Mississippi where we live now it’s the souths Raising canes! So we already love the sauce and bread well everything you get is the same concept!!! It was delicious, we also ordered bread which was delicious to go with our chicken fingers and fries!! I give it a 9 outta 10 because Guthrie’s will always get my 10! If you’ve never had it you need to try Raising Cane’s chicken fingers for sure you won’t be disappointed!!

What a rip off. I ordered 6 fingers and an order of fries. The fingers were mostly overcooked batter and the fries were cold and I spent $15.00 for this. This place is very disappointing for the price you pay. I’ll never spend another dime there. It’s way overpriced for the mediocre quality.

I am very unsatisfied and upset about my order today. First I had to wait in a long line(the line is always long) there will be a wait.. secondly I could have chose anywhere else to eat but I picked this location to not only drive a distance to get there but also spend my money on some trash food!!! The food was cold the strips they sold me HORRIBLE!!! The customer service was HORRIBLE!! The manager was rude, and when I called him about my food although he was not apologetic at all! I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for FRESH HOT FOOD!! They really need to do better

I’m so disappointed with my order today. Ordered about $34 plus worth of food only to get watered down drinks – Dr. Pepper, Hi-C Fruit Punch and Sweet Tea. I used to say Raising Cane’s have the best Sweet Tea, not anymore. Management should check their drinks before selling them!
