I have eaten at this particular Rosatis many times in my life, and as of the last year or so I have never been more disgusted with the service, food and management. first off, they fired my favorite delivery driver, secondly the pizza and ravioli have never been so gross (my two go tos on their menu), third, they lack any form of customer service anymore i once called to place an order and was put on hold for I KID YOU NOT 90 MINUTES. I could have had a full 2 pies from village pizza IN CARPENTERSVILLE in that amount of time. I used to love this place but yall need to get it in line, and just so yall know 9/10s of their staff is disgusting men who touch the female staff inappropriately. your ONE redeeming quality is the one tall tattooed manager because hes hot. Dont eat here.

Rosati’s Pizza in St. Charles is an absolute standout. The restaurant itself is beautiful,clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed so you actually want to sit and enjoy your time instead of rushing out. It feels elevated without losing that classic neighborhood pizzeria comfort.

The pizza is exactly what you want from Rosati’s ,flavorful sauce, perfectly cooked crust, and generous toppings, but everything else on the menu holds its own too. You can tell there’s real care put into the food, not just consistency. Also great coffee and lattes !
Bonus points for Tuesday Trivia Night. It’s a blast and turns a regular weeknight into something fun and social. Great food, a great atmosphere, and something extra to look forward to during the week. Easily one of the best spots in St. Charles.

I’ve ordered from here several times now when I’m in town. I grew up on Rosati’s pizza as a kid, and I love their great online ordering system—it’s super easy to use.
When I call in my order, I always receive pleasant service. The pizza is always made just the way I ask, and it consistently tastes great.
I wasn’t a fan of the pre-packaged frozen cannoli, but that won’t stop me from ordering pizza again.

I just went to the new location….while the food was good, it was extremely expensive for pretty standard far in terms of pizza… I ordered 2 pizzas of the smallest size, one just cheese and one gluten free with two topping and a couple of pops for almost 50 bucks!!! That’s kind of outrageous and the ground beef/gluten free seemed too crispy in m) opinion. I don’t think I’ll return with those prices..

Rosati’s recently remodeled and it looks amazing! The atmosphere is super nice and welcoming. We had wings, pizza, margaritas, and their gelato — everything was fresh, and flavorful. You can really tell the quality in every bite. The staff was friendly and the service was great. Definitely recommend checking it out — we’ll for sure be back!

They tried to charge me $53 for a 20 in pizza. I always order from Rosatis South Elgin and I pay $32. When I asked about the price difference, they told me I was wrong and that the website says South Elgin charges $53 as well. I’ve been ordering Rosatis for 15 years I should know how much I pay for my pizzas. Then they tried to tell me I couldn’t cancel my pizza 2 min after I placed the order because it was already in the oven. I guess it all comes down the “Free” wings they were offering with the order of any large pizza.

Ordered potato skins fried raviolis and 48 wings they were too cheap to put them in two boxes and they gave us 42 wins because you cannot fit anymore in the box box that wasn’t closed and they were ice cold by the time they got here because the driver did not want to use a hot bag and we’re stuck with $113 worth of cold food.
