The service was quick and the staff were courteous, and I will say the turkey burger was really good—delicious and well-prepared. However, I have serious concerns about sanitation and food-handling practices. Several employees were wearing hairnets, but one person at the register was handling money, touching the food screen, and then interacting with food items without changing gloves. Another employee also switched between the register, handling cash, bagging food, and opening containers—all with the same pair of gloves.
Additionally, no one had visible name tags. While the staff were polite and the food was tasty, these sanitation issues are alarming to witness from the customer area and should be addressed for health and safety compliance.

Absolutely the rudest females i have ever encountered! The food was ok. My order was wrong. I got a double instead of the classic. No one bothered to drop.fries until my burger was bagged and on the counter. I had to wait amd the they say there in the basket until i asked for them so i could catch my flight. She was hateful because i asked.! Really? She and 3 others were literally standing around doing NOTHING! I had to ask them to portion and serve me the fries.
I would not eat there again because of the staff! Rude, slow, no gloves, playing with hair and not washing hands. Just nasty people!!!!!

20-30min to get a food. Fast food in a restaurant style place. Service isn’t bad. Food is OK. Beer selection is good. My BBQ burger came barely warm. Escalator steps are sticky. Vegetarian options not labeled, because only salads are vegetarian.

Such sweet people – the customer service was great. I have a lot of dietary restrictions so opted for the grilled chicken salad which was good. I’d maybe add an extra tomato to make it more robust, but otherwise, decent price for airport food. $12.95 for a good size salad with grilled chicken, which is cheaper than the handful of other places in this wing of terminal A for the same thing.
It’s also near a piano bar and was good atmosphere to listen to the guy play piano (I lucked out and was here when someone was playing).

The burger was pretty good and fries were fresh, food came out in a timely manner. However, the employees behind the counter could provide better customer service, they gave me the impression I had inconvenienced them by ordering food. I did pick this place because it had the shortest line in the food court at dinner.

Decided to grab a quick bite before my flight; I had a cheeseburger and strawberry daiquiri; it was pretty good. The burger came out quick and hot. Seasoned well. The drink was smooth, strong liquor taste. What really topped it off for me was the atmosphere. A live jazz band was in the food court area and the notes were hitting!!! Not a bad experience at all. I was full and pretty relaxed for my flight.

Cold Boardwalk classic. The patties were cold and I ate it pretty much as soon as I got it. It came out relatively fast. I suspect the keep the burgers pre cooked and warmed but in this case the meat was cold and below my acceptable temperature. If the burgers are this cold it means they are keeping them for long and they re in danger of contamination. Watch out if you come here.
Fries were hot and ok.
Cashier was friendly and helpful. She asked for another cashier. There were lots of people in the kitchen not sure what they were doing. The manager ( in black shirt) came up very grumpy to do the cashier job.

In the back of the food court of Concourse A, past the lines of people waiting to order from the court’s stalls is a hidden gem – Boardwalk Fresh Burgers. I found no lines to wait in. Walked up to the counter and ordered a Mushroom Swiss. I had to wait – no precooked goods here.
I found there are plenty of tables back past the counter, in fact the best views of the Delta flight line. My burger was obviously handmade and surprise! a double burger.
The Boardwalk burgers might take some getting used to. They are very juicy. The patties might try to escape out the back door if you don’t pay attention. But the compact construction guarantees burger, Swiss, onions, and ‘shrooms in every bite.
