First of all, the people are amazing. They are kind, welcoming, well spoken, and just a joy to interact with. We ate at noon, and were never rushed. We were offered samples to aid in decisions.
Secondly, the food was perfect. They took 2 mins to bring all four meals to our table. We had:

Spicy Pimento Cheese on croissant with loaded baked potato soup ($8)(2 pics, one open face sammich)

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! These people make chicken salad fun and so tasty!! I got the Madame Curry chicken salad on a croissant (you can get it on white/wheat bread or no bread if you want) with a side of Mac n cheese and I was very satisfied! It also came with a pickle for the sandwich as well as a cookie. I honestly will come back and try other flavors!!

So cute!!! It felt so homie and warm inside. The guy, Jose, that helped us was very helpful. We got to try a few samples of different kinds. Which was great! The sandwich’s were really good! The soups were good, I felt they could’ve used a little more seasoning, but it came out hot and it was good for the most part. It also came with a cookie! How fun!! Where in America can you go and get a full sandwich, cup of soup, and a cookie for less than $10. HIGHLY recommend!!

Very clean and modern design, great staff. I got the chicken salad sandwich. It tastes great. I wish if there was something else inside the sandwich like lattice. The toast was good but I wish if it was warmer and more crispy. The pasta side was great. The sodas are not that fuzzy for some reason. Prices are reasonable.

I heard about this place from listening to a podcast interview with the founder. Such a great story that I had to see the place. The food is AMAZING! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Such a great experience and tasty food. A must stop lunch spot. Try the classic or the Jazzy Julie two hood choices, and I cannot wait to try others.
