Stopped in for the first time for a meal. Ordered up a simple burrito with ground beef, cheese, fresh jalapeños, lettuce and onion. This has absolutely got to be the worst tasting burrito I have ever had. How is this menu sales is beyond me ♂️ The burrito had so much salt in it, I don’t believe it could be frozen in the freezer if I wanted to save it

We found our new favorite fast food restaurant near home! We LOVE it! I ordered bowl with chicken and hubs ordered stack. Both are fantastic. You can choose your meat (chicken, pork, steak) or just vegetables. They have a great selection of salsaaaaa! I love the green one, their delicious! Definitely will come back!

Disappointed. First visit to this Denham Springs fast food restaurant. The dark chicken was burnt; otherwise the salad was good. $2.99 for a bottle of water is ridiculous, in my opinion. I was not given a receipt and didn’t think to ask, still processing the $20 bill for a salad and 2 bottles of water and a $1 tip. My wife used the women’s bathroom, no toilet paper.

I remember when we thought Moes was awesome. The quality of the chicken and rice wasn’t good. My Food was cold. The guy offered me a large drink and I said no but would take a small or medium. He said that we only have a large or water cup. Not very good customer service. I was going to leave a comment on receipt but there was no feedback scan at the bottom of my receipt

I went into Moe’s today 8/3/2024 and this was the first time I’ve ever had great service. The young lady that waited on me (Jasmine) was wonderful, nice and patient with me. She was attentive and super accommodating when I wanted extra of anything. They ran out of steak and veggies and made more for me with no problem or attitude and I really appreciated it!!’

I want to start this review by saying, I love the Moe’s franchise! I’m always excited to stop in at a Moe’s and get a delicious meal. They ~usually~ never disappoint.
Unfortunately, after a string bad service experiences, I will not stop in at this location anymore. We’ve come to this location a few times over the past couple months and had different workers at the counter each time..but it never failed that we were treated like an inconvenience for walking through the door. Sometimes they’re too busy socializing with each other and sometimes they’re in such a foul mood they don’t even look at you while you’re ordering or communicate to their team members.
I can only imagine this is a management issue at this point. From now on we’re avoiding this Moe’s. If you were disappointed by this location, I highly recommend trying Moe’s at a different location to experience how good it could be.

We were a little skeptical about visiting Moe’s because as long-time GA residents we know that Moe’s does not have history down in Louisiana.
However, we took the chance after reading some not so favorable reviews about this locatoon’s service.
The ladies who serviced us were welcoming, kind, and patient..
The food didn’t disappoint. It was prepared and served well. It was the end of the night, so the salsa station was put away, and I didn’t see the tea brewer out.
I am sure we will return.
