Service was very slow. We were seated then waited much to long for the order to be taken. Only half full restaurant. Not once did the server come by to ask how is the food.
Also, the food took an extraordinarily long time to come out. Was about 20 minutes.
Ordered the bone in goat. Flavor was ok but far too many bones. More than half the serving was bone. I’ve had this other places and there should be some bones but more meat than just half.
Maybe another night or different server would have been better.

This has been one of my favorite places for years. The staff have always been wonderful and kind. They go above and beyond service wise. Making sure we had plenty of rice and even some extra raita with my to go order on the way out. Just the most thoughtful touches. They actually make their food fresh so yes, it may take awhile but I don’t mind waiting. During my travels in other countries you often wait an hour for them to cook your food. Waiting for amazing food is definitely never an issue for me. Highly recommend the creamy masala chicken, Golgappa, cauliflower peas and potatoes. Really anything on the menu you cannot go wrong with. Definitely a must visit place. ❤️

One of the best restaurants in the twin cities! The bone-in goat curry is one of my absolute favorite meals of all time. Fantastic flavor profile. Very bummed it’s not on the menu anymore, but there are lots of other great dishes as well.

Best food in Minneapolis, first time here and I truly loved everything I ate here . We were a large group so we tried so many dishes and loved everything, the mimosas and coconut chai tea were also delicious.

Namaste Cafe is a great addition to the dining variety Minneapolis has to offer. It is located in a busy part of town and is easy to walk to. The outdoor patio spots this restaurant offers are unique and perfect! You can be outside and enjoy the fresh air, while still having some privacy to interact with your tablemates. The food is scrumptious and so are the cocktails!

Everything about this place was good. The food was tasty. The service was nice. Welcoming employees. Generous portions and all around happiness and friendliness. The coconut cream chai was yummy and so was my creamy masala curry with chicken spice level 3 which next time I’ll do a four or five haha My wife enjoyed her food as well. I had no complaints and I will definitely come back for my second time around with my wife and child.

Worst . The only reason it has got this rating is because of the people who haven’t tasted real indian food. I don’t know why people rated this much . The person who served had so much attitude . The rice was completely uncooked , chats are so less quantity and they were so cold and directly they added frozen vegetables to it . Aloo paratha was with 10percent aloo and dough, where dough was not cooked at all. We don’t ask for any refund nothing but they were not even ready to listen and showed lot of attitude to us . Worst experience ever.

There’s a lot of great Indian food in Minneapolis, but this place sits firmly at the top of our list. Maybe it’s all in my head, but the quality here tastes noticeably better. Everything is fresh, light, and perfectly spiced. It’s one of those meals where, halfway through, you’re already planning when you can come back.

Really good Indian food. Some of the best I’ve had in the Twin Cities. Date night deal comes with a bunch of different options. Each has a unique flavor and the meal was very tasty. Drinks were okay, nothing amazing but solid. Atmosphere in the restaurant is not bad. Service is quite slow and not very attentive at times but not too bad. The price however was not good. $40 per person for dinner and drinks is way too high. Probably won’t be coming back here anytime soon because of the price, but the food is very good.
