Horrifically filthy. There were no clean surfaces in the entire place. The salsa were left out uncovered, on a cart instead of under the sneeze guard, in the cooler where they’re supposed to be. My shoes were sticking to the floor. This place is gross. If I hadn’t already paid I would have gone somewhere else.

Ordered the advertised “steak and queso” bowl … then they wanted to charge me extra for the queso …(?) … it comes with the steak as advertised, what the heck? Threw in a few chips to make it look like I’m really getting a deal but if I wanted queso with those, that would also be an extra charge … pretty skimpy for a $13 order.

Honestly, This place should be turned in to the health department. There is no adult running this place? And by adult I mean an accountable person. It’s not only under staffed BUT out of 8 different drinks, NOT one lid for a drink in sight (Trust me I looked under the counter, all the wrong size) and it’s not clean at all!!! AND get this… there is only a huge wall dispensing foam soap container laid on the side of the sink that you can hardly get to work, it sits right next to the “EMPLOYEES must was their hands before returning to work sign!! I WISH I had taken a picture! SMH This place is in need of a manger and fast!

Been here 3 times in last month and they are always out of rice. HOW? They have really been slacking on service lately.
Not sure the ladies name (heavy set lady) on nights. Is always rude closes up early and this time I’m waiting on order she stands outside smoking. May have to start going farther away and eating at competitor I love my Chipotle sauce.

I walked in and had to wait several minutes without seeing an employee. They are always out of most of their drinks. I got a stacks today and there was no seasoning in their rice or vegetables. Do not recommend

Always out of meat. If they do have meat ready it looks like it’s been sitting for hours and hours. Had to hit the rice with a spoon to break it up it was so hard. Moe’s sauce is really good. But just a really downgraded chipotle.

Came here after being disappointed too many times with chipotle. It was worse. $15 for a basic chicken bowl with no premium add ons. Smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen. Received probably 1/3 – 1/2 serving of chicken. 0 out of 10 value for money. Staff acted liked it was a bother to make my food. Not sure how they stay open with this quality.

This place could do better.The food is good. Love the chips. HOWEVER, the employees really need to practice better hygiene. One employee ringing me up was sneezing and coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. Another employee with ridiculously long nails kept coming out of the kitchen and grabbing chips out of the chip bin without even wearing gloves. My chip bag had sour cream smeared all over one side. Overall I was pretty grossed out when I walked away with my food.

Asked DoorDasher to walk over to sauce counter and get sauce instead of doing it themselves.
