My pizza was marked as delivered at 8:56pm. I called at 9pm and was told by a young lady that they are pulling in now and had just hit the app too early by accident, but my pizza will be there in a couple minutes.

Trying to be patient I called 20 minutes later and a male picked up. I explained the situation and he stepped away to look into it. I then waited on hold for 5minutes. A new women picked up the phone. This woman said that I had been told originally that it would be 15 minutes until my pizza arrived when I first called. This is absolutely not true, and I was shocked that they were now choosing to lie about the situation. Some of the irony was that it had now been 25 minutes since the original call so even if that statement was true, the pizza was still extremely late. I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold again. He asked me who I’ve spoken to. I explained that none of the folks I spoke to on the phone had introduced themselves by name. He said he was working with a male and two females so I guess I had to speak to the entire store tonight just to get a refund. The manager seemed a little out of it and very apathetic about the situation . This team needs to work on getting their story together. Had they been honest about a mixup from the beginning this would not have been an Issue. I live five minutes away from the store, which makes some of the timeline of events even more shocking.

Update:

So after I hit post on this review, my pizza showed up over an hour after it was marked as delivered. Again I live five minutes away from this place. The pizza is ice cold, cheese is completely solid and box Mushy to the touch. This pizza has clearly been taken on a drive for the last hour. I was told a couple minutes, was lied to about being told 15 minutes which turned into my pizza arriving over 60 minutes after when I was told it was delivered.

This is what extra sauce looks like. Seems like they deliberately put LESS sauce. And even though they asked for clarification of chicken vs regular sausage and we confirmed regular sausage, they put chicken sausage. Even more bizarre, I ordered deep dish and they made hand tossed. I’m pretty sure the guy who took my order was either drunk or high. He sounded completely incoherent on the phone, mumbling his words, and even called back to ask for additional confirmation in a clearly confused state…and he still got the order completely wrong. Definitely the most whacky pizza order I’ve ever experienced. Hopefully he gets the detox treatment that he clearly needs! In any case, we just moved to the area and this is our third order at this Hut. All three have been wrong. In the future, we’ll order again only if seeking a Seinfeld-like experience.

Long time customer and never really had any issues. I had multiple melts ordered for delivery and was only specific on one (no pork) and some dips. Order arrived; no dips and the specified melt had NOTHING on it. Not even cheese. Folded over bread that was completely empty. Called the location about it, again only one out of like 5 melts ordered had the issue. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The girl on the phone didn’t seem to understand. She finally asked someone for help and then they seemed confused about that as they just put her back on the phone and told here what to say and she repeated what I said to them. Horrible customer service. They then asked for pictures, which I said I had, then they changed it to “oh you’ll have to bring it in” I ordered delivery for a reason, why am I going to drive it back in? You paying for the melt AND my Uber? Something that wasn’t even a huge ordeal has been blown out of proportion for no reason.

I visit this location on a whim every blue moon and service is always lack luster. The rude Latina that somehow missed grammar classes, gets an attitude because she was corrected on how to say my name. Like literally got an attitude and was slamming the register. Repeatedly. Train your associate before she catch the right one on the right day

Walked in and a worker is standing on the side breaking down a cardboard box just looking at me and not saying anything. When I look at her she looks away and have no acknowledgment like “give us one moment ” or just a simple “hello”. As I’m waiting 6 more people are coming in one by one waiting in that small lobby and I know they hear the bell going off with people opening and closing the door and nobody still came up. So I finally asked the worker can we get some help and she’s like “he’s coming”. Wasted my lunch break to come here and wait on a order that was ready before I even came in, but couldn’t get it cause a worker couldn’t simply hand it to me without waiting on someone that’s cooking pizzas in the back to get my order when she’s just over there breaking down a cardboard box. Also I’m glad Pizza Hut doesn’t charge for extra sauce cause it wasn’t on my pizza.

Five Stars for Jim and the Team at Pizza Hut Store #037779

I recently visited Pizza Hut store #037779, and I have to say, the service was outstanding! Jim, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was attentive, professional, and made sure my order was accurate and delivered quickly. The food was delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. It’s clear that Jim cares about both his customers and his team. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Keep up the great work, Jim!
