I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Domino’s. I placed my order and waited an hour and 30 minutes, and it still had not arrived. I called the store to ask for an update and even offered to pick it up myself. I was first told that my pizza was still in the oven and would be ready shortly. When I asked again if I could just come pick it up instead of waiting for delivery, they put me on hold.
When they came back, they told me my pizza should have already been delivered but that it somehow got “lost” and orders were mixed up. They believed another house may have received my order. At that point, they offered to remake it.
After already waiting an hour and a half and being given conflicting information, I decided to request a refund instead. I did not want to continue wasting my time.
This was a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service. Clear communication and order accuracy are basic expectations, and unfortunately, dominoes did not meet them.

This is what the pizzas look like more often than not. I worked in pizza places for years and when there’s a bubble covering half the pizza, you remake it. Paid for topping on the whole pizza, got them on about half.

I finally decided to try this Domino’s… I ordered through the app with a scheduled delivery time(6 hours in advance, so it wasn’t short notice). Through the app, it tracked my pizza… it showed out of oven at 630pm. At 715pm, it still showed “checking for freshness”. At 730 it was delivered, cold, and obviously NOT fresh… no offer for cheese or pepper flakes.
I will not use this Domino’s again.
The pizza was good, but it tasted like it was leftovers that we just pulled from the fridge.

Worst Dominoes I’d seen. Three times I delivered and I had to go pick up my pizza after half an hour because they said they had no driver. Each time I picked up my pizza it was cold. One time they left my pizza in front of my neighbours door. The last time I ordered they bever delivered my pizza after an hour of waiting. I called them and offered to pick it up and they insisted on not delivering my pizza.

The staff are polite and friendly they know your name by the third time you walk in. The wait can be a little long depending on the time but usually it is the minimum time it take a pizza to cook. I wouldn’t recommend eating inside there is a small eating space and a few tables outside. Overall decant store.

The guys working the evening of 12-29 were amazing. We ordered probably 2 dozen pizzas for a hockey tournament and they busted their buttons and made it work on a Sunday night. Much love from the Tucson Jr. Roadrunners!!!!

Of all of the pizza chains, Dominos is my favorite, so I was excited years ago when one opened. However, we consistently have bad experiences with this location. On numerous occasions, they’ve called to tell us that they can’t deliver, or they can’t make our order because it’s too big. Often when they are actually able to deliver, our order is marked delivered long before it actually arrives. The whole situation feels like there’s some kind of shady interaction going on between the local franchise and the corporate website, and the canned responses I see on the other reviews asking unhappy customers to email them at an address that is NOT a corporate address isn’t helping that image. The presence of this location killed our far better local options; please figure out how to run your business.

Yes, it takes a minute, but no one wants to work in this town, or anywhere for that matter. I think that the people of Los Alamos just need to get off their high horse and understand dominos isn’t fast food it’s pizza.
This team works their hardest and the people of Los Alamos just give them a hard time with their entitlement because they think they’re smart, but they just don’t have common sense!!

Staff is super rude. Even when I tip very generously for horrible service. The store can’t even notify the people ordering if there are complications. Delivery always takes 2 hours or more. SO when recovering from a procedure and unable to drive i decided to tolerate all of this but the company mismanages the location and the use of online ordering. As an ex-employee from YEARS ago, i know upper management can filter the order types coming in but they only prioritize making money because who cares about quality right(?). I would highly suggest getting food from anywhere BUT here.
