Great breakfast meal options served all day which you can’t find at most fast food places. I prefer their coffee to Starbucks or Dunkin. Thank you to the cashier (who is from Jamestown) who helped me yesterday around 10:30am. She was extremely patient while I was taking forever to figure out what I wanted to order since it was my first time ever at a Caribou coffee location. Also, thank you for the travel recommendations of ND. We ended up driving to ND instead of SD to check out the Jamestown Buffalo and are headed towards Enchanted Hwy. Thanks again for the delicious drink and fantastic customer service.

My friend and I stopped here on the way to the eunestone museum in Alexandria. I ordered a turtle mocha cooler and he ordered a nitro latte with milk. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job making our order. You do have to go through the drive through unless you have a online order pick up. I am happy with this location. Caribou is my favorite coffee shop by far.

Kelsey and Kelly assisted me in creating the most incredible coffee I have ever tasted. Not on the menu for sure! I kept my receipt so I can make sure I get the same thing next time. These ladies are electric and are incredible valuable to the atmosphere that caribou embodies. They’re genuinely wonderful human beings as well which is so rare these days I feel like. Friendly cashier gal but why is my matcha mostly ice & over the ice fill line? I got about 5 sips out of it. I have been loyal to this chain as a perks member for years but this has been happening at various locations too often. The 5 sips were good + the nice gal= 2 stars.
