Ordered for lunch today and it was incredible. It’s been a while since we’ve ordered from Marco’s and it did not disappoint. We ordered a small hot honey magnifico on thin crust and a small pepperoni pizza with original crust. Both were amazing and the hot honey drizzle isn’t spicey, but adds that perfect amount of sweetness to the pizza! 10/10. Delivery driver was super polite and on time!!

Ordered a pizza, got an email that it was delivered. Waited 15 min, still no pizza. Called in, guy answered the phone, didn’t put me on mute and told the.store.i got a caller said he got an email it was delivered and it wasn’t. Background noise a person said just tell them it’s coming. After waiting a person claiming to be the manager said the order came in as the wrong address. Email clearly says correct address. She said went to other address, neighbor address, My camera covers that drive way, no pizza was delivered. I asked her name and info on corporate. Refused name and said if you want corporate you look it up. I canceled the order and am awaiting a refund that she claimed would take a week.
Stay away from this shady operation. Never again.

Terrible business practices, i tried to order online, but was told the order didn’t go through, so I tried again, only for it to not go through again. Then found out they had charged my card twice!!! Went into the store to resolve issue, and was told they couldn’t do anything about replacing my money. I have since spoken to the manager, who is clueless, despite saying she’s been at that store for four years. Apparently she hasn’t learned much, and has no personal relation skills. The whole thing is a nightmare, i now have to wait two weeks to get money back that was never even spent. Do not dine here period!!! They have lost my business forever, and all of my friends as well.

In our opinion me and my wife, Marco’s Pizza rocks! It’s the best for us the sauce you can tell it’s old school 1978 recipe it is the best! The people there are always good, try to give us the best deal that they have available, they’re just very nice people. The product they produce is excellent, would most definitely go back there for pizza!

First time eating at Marcos. Did a carry out order late night… tried to order from other establishments before ordering from Marco’s and those places were closed/ didn’t answer AND IM SO GLAD WE WEREN’T ABLE TO ORDER FROM THE OTHER PIZZA PLACES!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY PIZZA FROM MARCO’S ON MENTOR AVE!!! ( I did ” copy” a greek style PIZZA from another restaurant and MARCO’S MADE IT BETTER!!! We also ordered a reg pepperoni and added the “old world” pepperoni to it…AMAZING, layers of beautiful semi crispy pepperoni ( with extra chs). The Greek style pizza had: feta chs, reg chs, green olive, chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and 1/2 red onions and I am not lying about all the flavors that just overwhelm the taste buds… I was sad to take the first bite because I knew I will never have that kinda of euphoric experience again. But I digress… ordered online and was ready for pickup within 10 minutes AMAZING. This establishment and MARCO’S for becoming my new favorite pizza place. Thanks for the wonderful food!

This is my go-to neighborhood place for pizza and subs. Good food, great prices, always ready quickly. I order for the family about once a week, plus a big order for the monthly poker game. Everyone seems to enjoy it, and I’ve never had any incorrect orders or other problems. Great service from Zack and Logan.

Meat specialty pizza was super salty. Almost inedible. Never had a pizza so salty in my life. My son threw up the next morning and it was the last thing he had eaten. I won’t be ordering here again.
