Every time I come here which is twice by the way they put it extreme amount of ice to the point where you can just take four gulps and your drink is gone. then last time I came they held off on the bacon when you’re paying for bacon. Donuts are always crusty never fresh this will be the last time I spend money with this establishment normally I always leave good reviews even if subpar service but this one just really made me mad. It’s is ridiculous to be spending $16 and get a gigantic cup slap full of ice to the point it’s compact and no bacon with a dry crusty doughnut. I tryed twice and failed both times I’m pretty sure this is not corporate owned as the one off 20 is way better. I guess I should have checked Google and seen the 3.9 stars would have told me a lot my mistake.

If you offer something on your menu that’s not available then it should tell you when ordering. If we wanted a employee just throws whatever in the box I wouldn’t have taken the time to select the variety and amounts of each I wanted. And isnt the sourdough bread supposed to be toasted on the egg sandwich? I had to do it myself. There are too many donut shops in the area to be this negligence in your customer service. Even though you are the closest to where I live, ill drive an extra mile to get what I ordered without the attitude from the drive-thur employee.

I think this location has the best service around this area! I’ve been to 3 other locations all with a 5 mile radius of this location and hand down, this one has the BEST service for sure! Not once did I have a unpleasant experience here and all the employees here are actually greet you, thank you for your visit, and are really NICE (which sadly is a dime a dozen to see now-a-days)!! Thank you!! Keep it up!

Ordered a bagel today with cream cheese. Barely even a serving size of the cream cheese on the bagel and burnt! Can’t even eat half the bagel. Not to mention the burnt one has what little cream cheese was given.

I’ve had a few visits here where the customer service felt unfriendly compared to other coffee places nearby. When I asked for my mobile order (“Can I have my mobile order, please?”), I was answered with “For who?” in a tone that felt a bit rude.
Today I also had to repeat my drink order multiple times, and there was confusion about the milk type (whole milk vs. oat milk). When I clarified “It’s whole milk, not oat milk,” I was told “Next time you’ll say milk.” The order was corrected, but the communication could have been more polite and welcoming.

It took forever to get my mobile app order. And then my order was done incorrectly on both breakfast sandwiches. I guess the employees didn’t think we would notice. It’s the same sandwich that they had done incorrectly. All they did was take off the incorrect cheese that you can still see on the sandwich and put the correct cheese on it. I told them the bagels were hard and it was still the same bagels for the sandwiches. The sandwiches were hard and hard to eat. I ended up throwing them in the trash. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be patronizing this facility, I’d rather go somewhere a little further to get proper service. Food cost too much to not get what you ordered properly.

This Dunkin continually underdelivers on service and on delivered product. They routinely short me on ordered food–basically stealing my money–and either undercook or burn the bacon. I have to wait continually on service, while watching men behind me get served immediately. Individual staff members are okay, but the entire site appears to be operated by people who don’t understand American expectations for customer service. This on-going problem is not caused by any specific customer service interaction; they just appear to not be operating as they should. So frustrating, and now have to drive even further out of the way to get Dunkin that actually delivers. So disappointing.

So disappointed in the service at this Dunkin. Grandkids first week of summer break and our day starts out with our 4 donuts stuffed into one small bag with no protective paper separating the donuts. Most of the chocolate frosting was smeared off the donuts and onto the bag or onto the one donut that wasn’t supposed to have any chocolate frosting. I wish we hadn’t had to hurry off to our first camp drop off bc I would have given the donuts back and asked for my money back or replacements. Should have necver tried to serve them to a customer like that.

Horrible service! Drive thru was a a nightmare due to young lady working doesn’t confirm order and when I asked did you get the order, she stated what would you like to order. I gave up and left. This is the 2nd and last time for me.

When I received my order, the coffee was at room temperature and not drinkable, which is unacceptable for a hot beverage. Additionally, when I called the store to request a refund, the staff member cut the call and did not answer again, which was very disappointing.
