Visited this location at night and it was very confusing to get into the lot in the dark. I would suggest having the signage by the street instead of further back. Other than that it was great. We went thru the drive thru and service was friendly and fast. Ice cream was delicious!

HORRIBLE! Didn’t flip it and I can tell why. This isn’t a blizzard. Supposed to be Reese’s and cheesecake. There’s three pieces of cheesecake that’s freeze burnt. This is blended like a milkshake. If there were cars lined up and only two workers, I’d understand a little. But seven workers sitting doing nothing and only one other car… inexcusable. $6 for this is a joke.

I ordered a blizzard and they put my medium cup because it was “too messy” to eat in a extra large cup. Lol then why give it to me? Aren’t they supposed to flip it first to assure you that you have a thick blizzard? It was extremely melted This is the second time this has happen to me here the first time I let it go. But this seems to be a common thing with them. My home town Dairy Queen would never do this. I’ll never go back.

We ordered just blizzards, they both were the best we’ve ever had. Unfortunately the drive thru was horrible because we literally waited about 25 min for our order.
The two vehicles in front of us just ordered ice cream cones. There should never be that much of a wait for those simple orders. Plus, they had more than enough employees that day.
They need to look at the management to direct the staff better.

Came through the drive through tonight 4/17/2025 for some ice cream didn’t know I’d land myself in SOMC for an allergic reaction. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and husband ordered a Reese’s blizzard. Both of us received Reese’s ice cream. Two bites and I was choking and having a reaction. I’m deathly allergic to peanuts and this was a very close call. Y’all need to get your crap together before you kill someone!!!

Honestly, the fact that I was served not one, but two blizzards with spoiled ice cream is ridiculous. For nearly $5 for a mini you’d think you’d get good ice cream. I did get it replaced once, the second I was just done and didn’t bother. Yall suck.

Placed a mobile order that cost about $28. Got home and they shorted us a 3pc chicken strip basket with onion rings. Called to have the order fixed so we could pick up what we paid for. Had to tell my issue to three different people, 2 of which were managers, then I was told that they were convinced that my order was correct, insinuating that I was lying. I offered to take pics to show them that what I got and my receipt did not match. My husband then got on the phone and spoke with the area manager and she decided to fix our order. I AM DONE WITH FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS!!!! Food is over priced, they never get your food right and the service sucks!!!! Unfortunately DQ is not the only restaurant like this these days.
