We ordered from both the breakfast and lunch menu and every dish was excellent. Highly recommend the cauliflower, the fatteh with tongue, the zaatar manakish, and the grill plate with rice (we tried the kafta). The freshly made pita bread is complimentary and are slightly sweet and very tasty.

I recently dined at Mama Mona in Dearborn and was really impressed. From the moment we walked in, the place felt clean and welcoming, and the presentation of both the restaurant and the food was great. You can tell they put a lot of care into every detail, from the decor to how each dish is prepared and served, and I truly appreciate that.
The service was just as good. Elena took great care of us, was very kind and attentive, and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was perfect.

There’s not too much to say other than this restaurant was great. Firstly, the food was delicious. I ordered a Shish Tawook Plate, which came with 2 sides (I opted for Caesar salad and rice). The chicken was amazing, and was great with the rice. Some others in my party ordered Lamb Kabsa, Almond Chicken, and Grilled Chicken. The Muhammara was also good. Our waitress, Mariam, was the best. She was very kind and friendly, and was able to describe what each dish was like very well. The decoration of the restaurant was also nice. Very homey feel. Overall, I really liked this restaurant and will be returning in the future. Thank you to Mariam and all of the other staff at Mama Mona! 🙂

Absolutely delicious! The food was outstanding and the restaurant had such a nice, welcoming atmosphere. It was my first time trying the cherry kabobs, and I couldn’t get enough of them — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The hummus was excellent, creamy, and fresh. The three cheese manakeesh was the first thing to disappear from our table — that says it all! The eggs with sujuk were also really good. Top it off with 5-star service, and this place easily became one of my new favorites. Highly recommend!

Not being familiar with the area, I took a chance on this spot and was glad I did. The space was quite lovely and the service was fantastic.
We started with the hummus, mutabal, and mouhammara. All of them beautifully plated in generous portions alongside a basket of warm pita. The pita was excellent with a nice crust on the outside and just enough fluff inside. The hummus had a velvety smooth texture and topped with soft, creamy whole chickpeas. Flavorwise, it was pleasantly mild, striking a nice balance between the nuttiness of tahini and the chickpeas without much garlic or lemon. The only drawback was the bit of chickpea water on top, which made some bites watery and bland. The mutabal was smoky with pomegranate seeds and molasses adding some refreshing brightness. The mouhammara had a thick, satisfying body and full of flavors. I had a skewer of shish tawook and thought it was a bit dry and flavorless. My friend enjoyed his lamb kabsa and was impressed with how easily the meat fell off the bone. The side lentil soup was hearty and comforting though a touch too thick for me.

I was in town with my family and we went here for dinner. The waitress (Mira) was so welcoming and friendly, she answered all our questions and she did a great job at recommending dishes for us to try. We loved the food and the portions were really big, we definitely had a lot left over to take to go. Also presentation was 10 out of 10, I will definitely be back and recommend to all my family and friends!
