They are terrible I ordered online they didn’t give me half my food and when I told them she said she know she put everything in the bag. I was missing a med fry some cinnamon rolls, 4 cookies and they made my burger wrong. I have called the store 10 times a day for the last 4 days and no one has answered. So they just STOLE my money and I can’t do nothing about it.

All this store cares about us their drive thru timers. They ask me to pull up and wait every time so they can trick their timer. They don’t care about quality or accuracy just that timer.

Ppl dont waste your time or money till construction is done . u know theres dust on food due to work being done … I know im a contractor . u cant hide that dust n debris. Owner needs to shut down til work is done but obviously he dont care just keep pulling in that money and get ppl sick … Im highly rated on google soo many ppl will read this .

I went to Burger King in Mullins SC today and experienced horrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude and all I did was order my food ☹️ It was horrible. No one should be mistreated just for ordering food. Very bad customer service ☹️

Been there 2 times in one year both times BEEN EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!!! 2XS how do you confuse heavy pickle with onions. Also got a slushy one time that tasted like a cleaner I used at Panerai that could make you very sick. I am sorry but more than likely I will not ever be back to your location. Your attendants dealing with the customers are great, But your back of house staff needs to learn!!

I have done 2 online orders on different days just for them to mess up both orders. my first order they didnt give me my ice cream and on my second order they didnt give me my churro or my cookies, all they gave me was my drink.

If I could give it a zero I would!!! There was a little old lady who was so sweet that worked there who was the only one busy cleaning anything!!! Store was absolutely nasty tables had not been wiped down the floor had not been mopped and I don’t know how long!! The bread was stale on the Whopper Jr with cheese fries were not cooked all the way!! KITCHEN WAS SO NASTY I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Entire staff except the little old lady was on their phone when they should have been cleaning!!!!$. 28 for a barbecue sauce even though I got onion rings and did not want the onion ring sauce I got charged for barbecue anyway!!!!

The young lady that took my order was great. Very courteous, well mannered, great attitude and very professional. Made hot fries for me after closing early because business was slow and brought my food out herself. Need to have more workers like her and not people who do not want to work at all.
