I haven’t eaten there in several years! They have COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY changed the entire recipe. It was not EDITABLE! We threw the entire bucket in the trash and we aren’t that picky. It had been cooked the day before as it has hardened grease places. It was missing most all of the crust on most pieces. I want to serve this insult for food to the MANAGER! How would they like to spend 40 to throw away and then find something to feed your guests? Who serves this, really? It’s fast food and we expect it to be fast food but never have I seen this level of bad in any food in my life. We ordered extra breasts too and when you cut into them as we were making a plate for a 3 year old, the meat was black in spots, what the heck was that? I don’t want a refund or anything but I warn anyone to skip this until they get their act together here. I will never eat at a KFC again, no flavor whatsoever like the old KFC. It’s not the money, it’s the fact they served this old chicken with no crust and we ordered extra crispy that was old. Just Unacceptable and Gross! The potatoes were mixed with gravy already in them which some do not eat gravy? When did they change that? They should not be allowed to use the KFC name here.

Hi, I think the fries from KFS was best in all countries that I tried, but my last few orders included more like the worst fries could be. It is oily, mushy, overcooked, lumpy mashed potatoes. I hope to have better fries again someday.

Very unprofessional. I asked for original and when I checked my order after receiving the food it was crispy. When I went back around they said they only had crispy and I told them they didn’t say that when I said original. They allowed me to still pay without notifying me prior. Instead of apologizing about it in a customer service way, the girl got smart trying to argue and got smart about it. I get to the window and she’s smirking like they got something to say. I’m just done with this place. They’re a disappointment and that’s why I never see this establishment busy like other restaurants around them. Do better!

Food was good but overall The service was tremendous. The manager made over 150 wings on the spot no complaint all smiles and did it with a joyful heart even gave us a couple of pieces of chicken and drinks while we waited! They showed real Hospitality! Thanks to the whole crew

Always enjoy the food at KFC when I can get it. This particular store in Hendersonville seems poorly managed. For example, I went there on a Sunday right before 12noon and they did NOT have any chicken breasts available. This has happened to me before. I just don’t understand how a KFC cannot have chicken ready to order at popular meal times. This store is also frustrating cause they do not offer a “senior discount” like most other KFCs I’ve been to. Again, this is a management issue. Good food, but poorly managed.

We placed a very large order worth about $400 and they were on point with everything and didn’t miss one thing!! They were so polite, generous, professional, & kind!! First of all, I ordered my meal and my medium Pepsi did not come, SECOND of all my Mac and cheese had hair in it, as well as my drumstick, I was very disappointed to see this because I do enjoy kfc but this has gone too far and I will not let this slide past me, and I will no longer be giving kfc my service. Worst customer experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever had. The people working the drive-through need to at least learn basic manners before they try to operate a drive-through line and take orders. The food here is good, but it’s not worth the terrible service. Spare yourself the headache and go to Popeyes.

I came through the drive-through at 6:30 to 6:35 PM Friday evening The guy asked me what can I get for you? I asked can I get a value meal? He said We don’t have value meals and I don’t know what value meal is. I said you don’t have five dollar meals as he said yes I said that would be considered as a value meal. Then he got an attitude and told me to leave and find another place to eat So there I go
