Super clean and the staff was amazingly nice with smiles. I ordered fries and they were fresh to order with the perfect salt ratio which makes me realize I haven’t had solid BK fries in a WHILE!!! 10/10

I ordered food so I can use the outlets in this burger king. the outlet was not working, and the workers just were watching me struggle without offering any help. When i explained why I did not get my food right away (because I was struggling with the outlet) they did not respond, ignore me, and just walked away.

The food is pretty standard for a BK, however, the challenge is getting to the location. It is actually located underground. Go into the doors in the picture, go down the stairs to your right and keep walking until you find the burger king. Hope this helps

Cashiers were nice and got the food fast.
This location is in the pedway. The easiest way to get there is taking the Metra entrance on Michigan and Randolph.

This is the worst hamburger I have eaten in a long time. The food deserves negative stars. I asked for my hamburger to be cooked medium rare but instead it was so dry that I choked. There was no sauce nor even a slice of tomato on the bun and the onion rings were oily!! The restaurant is in terminal B of the airport in Atlanta and my flight was in terminal c. So I opened my food when I got to my terminal. I spent $17.01 for what we call in Chicago “a choke burger” . I hope Bobby Flay see this review and refund my money.

The prices here are outrageous. Literally double the price and half as good as other locations. I would stop for coffee or orange juice only for them to almost double the price overnight. Somehow I feel they are just scamming. I’m reporting them. When that girl told me $4.30 for a small OJ, I snatch my money and walked out. Never is it that serious when I can go to Mariano’s down the street and get a half gallon for that same price. They also only post the most expensive menu items. I hope they go out of business ASAP

Me and my Girlfriend ordered online and PAID. We arrive at the location and all the employees are inside. I told them we had ordered and they rudely say they are closed and offer 0 help. They decided to close early for nothing. We arrived well within operation hours. Avoid at all costs.
