What a welcome addition to the area! Great juices and desserts/market area and lovely employees. The soup was ok but the juices and fresh baked goods are amazing. Nice to see what they’ve done with the old Coyote Club. The open, airy seating area is really nice.

I think this might be the only legit organic juice bar in Taos and it’s fantastic! We got the “Energize” and “Heartbeet” juices, made fresh right in front of us, they were so delicious! The server let me know this place is owned by the same people who own The Farmhouse Cafe so we’ll have to try that too. They also make their own homemade oatmilk which we took a pint to go of for our coffee. They also offer everything from Avo Toast to burritos to amazing salads. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Top choice! Organic Fruits, Veggies, and Fresh Juice! Amazing high quality food! Not to mention live music! The staff are as sweet as can be and the crowd is equally wholesome. The market corner and outdoor seating are some of my favorite features. They’re on a noble mission to feed children farm-to-table meals at school through their non-profit! Supporting them feels as good as I do after a delicious juice and meal. The establishment is gorgeous, hardwood with large windows, and well maintained. Such an improvement. I can’t recommend them enough!

Such an odd thing in Taos. Came here for lunch on a Friday and no one was there. The bidon stew was superb.
Service – on a scale in Taos if “how high are you” – they were somewhat high and somewhat functional.

I’m so happy to finally have something like this in taos. It’s my new favorite place to study. This is the only place where I can get a smoothie that I would make for myself at the house with organic fruits and kale with a scoop of protein powder, and yet they make it better than me… I don’t know how they do it. And Jess is super sweet!

Scrumptious 4-course dinner, with custom juice drinks to start. Beautiful plates of tasty food.
Normally “just” a Juice Bar during the day. But the owner trains high school kids to make healthy food using local ingredients.

My seven year old son’s review on the chicken sandwich. He also loved the energize drink we ordered him, he stated that it was better than the veggie drinks my husband makes at home every night.

So grateful for such a healthy, delicious restaurant near downtown. Fresh juice, smoothies, cocao drinks, chai, salads, bowls, sandwiches—all highest quality and local ingredients. Several vegan/veggie options. Slow food, but not slow. Ample, easy parking and access. Not usually super busy, but should be! Comfortable atmosphere, inside and outdoor patio. Dog friendly. Highly recommended.

Incredible! Finally- a delicious, affordable spot with vegan options in Taos. Their sauces are delicious and all vegan – try the cilantro lime and chipotle sauce with the veggie burrito. I have been desperate for a whole-foods lunch spot. To know this is also a non-profit is just amazing. I never write reviews, but I had to let the other vegans in Taos know to check this place out! Also the two girlies who were working today were so kind and helpful- such a vibe ◡̈
