Well I’ve been trying to keep carbs low so I was in the mood for a chicken Caesar salad. Tropical Cafe was on the way home so I decided to give it a whirl. Honestly it tasted like a gas station salad. Which isn’t bad these days, and about the same price too. If your in a pinch, it serves it’s purpose. Not much else to add.

Food: The chicken wrap chicken had no seasoning just naked meat. (totally flavorless)
The coleslaw salad thing was rancid. had to spit it right out of my mouth. Had to be DAYS old!
Service: Couldn’t find an employee to speak english. I’m cool with coming to America, but if you cant understand my order with 3 of you talking to each other in spanish trying to understand me. Your not ready for an American hospitality job.
Atmosphere. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. That was a plus, but that alone would not bring me back here.

Had a few orders from this location and there’s always something wrong. Didn’t recieve my smoothie, my Banana side is just awful, bruised, squishy areas, exposed white since the stem was broken off, my turkey Bacon ranch sandwich had no ranch. I’d have just stayed hungry if I knew service would be like that. Honestly disappointing.

How can you pay nearly $9 for a relatively small yogurt bowl and then try to be charged for a cup of water? (Edited and added a star after a trip the next day to their main competitor…mayne.it is a S. FL thing because they charged for a water too)
Give me a break! We are certainly not Hurting for money even to consider buying an overpriced, small bowl of yogurt. However, to be charged at all for something like that is ridiculous! I get it if we are ordering a value item at other fast food chains, but that is simply not the case!

Good. Never have complaints. Came shopping to Coconut Point Mall and stopped after wards for some lunch. Place is clean, and the staff is nice. Always a nice place to stop for a quick bite.
