This location makes the delivery drivers fill the Uber/doordash/etc drinks. Imagine some of the people you’ve seen delivering.. now imagine where they’re hand have been between steering wheel and countless doors, bathrooms, noses, wedgie picking. Now imagine those fingers inside of your cup. All over the inside of your lid. Your supposed to receive your order with a safety seal of some sort. Tape at last ditch effort. These delivery drivers deal with enough on their runs, filling any part of your order is not anything extra they should have to do.

I was forced to go to Burger King with my daughter and grandsons because I’ve only found ONE burger king I like. As usual it was so bad because as usual it was ice cold. I’ve always been told that you can rate a restaurant by how warm their food is as nd this place had food that was even more cold! Wasted money for food sitting around all day!

Very disappointed. This was the worste burger King we’ve been too! First we pull up to pay, and the window was so filthy as if they never have cleaned it. The food was cold ,fries cold, and hard. And the soda had no ice, hot and FLAT….. have pride in you job for God’s sake. These managers need to step and get that place in check ✔️. The quality is downright BAD! I can’t image what it looks like inside. What a shame and a waste of $$

Thank you to Louise and Venito for taking care of me when I came through this is one of my favorite stores in Colorado Springs for Burger King. They have great customer service every time I go through everybody smiling and thank you and how are you doing and that’s what this is all about customer service. Please give these to a raise and all the people in that store. I work downtown now when I come up Nevada, I’ll hit Fillmore and go to Burger King and then go to work cause I like your royal crispy chicken sandwich. And if I can say anything, don’t go to Dublin empowers they have the worst customer service there but again thank you so much. I hope this is looked at. Thank you for taking care of me today and every day that I go up there I appreciate you.

Orders were incorrect. Service had attitudes like we had personally condemned them to a living hell. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other fast food place close by. Absolute garbage and a waste of time and money.

Employees here are fast and curious. Would be nice if they had the soda fountain that the other BK’s have. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but at least you don’t have to get a key or code to use the bathroom.

The Burger King crew here at Fillmore has stepped it up recently. Drive thru orders are fast, food is made proper, and customer service is top notch. Their french fries are always hot and fresh. Good job to the Management and Leadership Team at this specific location.
