Called to make sure they were open and served food past midnight. Little girl that answered the phone stated they did until 1:30am. Mind you,at this time it is only 10pm. We showed up, went in. Was not greated by anyone. 1 bartender behind the bar had her back to us and didn’t even turn around . We wait and wait and then she turns and walks past us to a register and dosent even look at us then proceeds to the register right beside us with no communication whatsoever. We were 2 of the 4 people there. So she wasn’t busy with customers. Thats what really pissed me off. I will never come back to “On the rocks bar and pizzeria”. And I will never recommend it either.

The establishment was cool as with the atmosphere. Prices were very good and loved the shots & Service was good also. Loved the various games they had available. Didn’t order any food but will do it next time.

Had a girl bartender who honestly just overall sucked. Rude and unnattentive. But the pizza was fantastic and music was fun. So not bad but man if the bartender wasn’t such a chore to interact with it would be better

I came on a Tuesday night. Very laid back and welcoming. Bartenders were attentive and easy conversation. They got pool tables, beer pong and a great bar to sit and drink with a nice tv. There’s also a back patio area to hangout. Pizza wasn’t as good as I was expecting but still decent. It was too thick for me.

Pretty crappy OTR. Place an order through door dash and told 30 minutes later that y’all are no longer taking orders and the order is canceled. All the while it shows the order is being prepared, and the dasher is waiting on the order only to be told no longer taking orders. Really love your pizza, but will probably never order again due to wasting our time and the door dashers time.

I am reaching out to express my deep concern regarding the treatment my friends and I recently experienced at On The Rocks in Lake Charles. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service, but this recent incident has left me both disappointed and upset.
On our recent visit, we were met with rude, hostile behavior from one of your bartenders, Adrienne. From the moment we entered, Adrienne’s demeanor was unwelcoming, and her hostility was apparent. Unfortunately, her behavior escalated to the point where she outright refused to serve us, and it appeared her actions were influenced by bias, which was highly distressing.
Experiencing this level of unprofessionalism and hostility from a staff member has affected our view of On The Rocks, and I feel it is important that this matter is addressed seriously. I am hopeful that corporate will investigate this situation thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and fairness.

Great music, great atmosphere, and lots of fun. There are pool tables, beer pong tables and a dance floor. The bartenders are mostly great and I really love their pizza. They also have a vending machine for cigarettes which is a big plus when you’re out drinking with friends and you don’t have to send your sober friend to leave to buy cigarettes if you run out. The music is fun and they have a great variety for everyone and all tastes and genres. Great place for everyone over 18.
