11/26/2025 approximately 1 a.m. I drove 20 minutes to get here because it was the closest 24hr Burger King to me. I had wait about 10 min behind the car in front of me. It seemed like the car in front of them pulled back around and was missing items from order. I was greeted very nicely when I finally arrived at the window. It still was a bit of a wait but when I get my food EVERYTHING WAS FRESH!!!! Totally worth it and the best food I’ve gotten from any BK in a very long time, will definitely be back!

the food is always good But the employee that answered the phone had a condescending attitude, like she was doing me a favor and hung up before I was even finished. Good food though next time I just might go to McDonald’s. sorry

I think this must be the fanciest and cleanest Burger King in the area. Also great service and food was fresh!! Love the updated dining room. Great for quick business meetings or a get together with friends or business associates. Love the business like seating.

Marco, Josephina, Catalina and Deon all exemplified EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The Burger King app is atrocious. I have had issues with it in the past, much worse than comparable competitors. But the aforementioned crew made up for its shortcomings. Can’t say enough good things about these people and their efforts to make you feel appreciated. Will single out coming to this store on my travels above others. Thanks again guys.

I ordered through the drive through and when I got home they forgot 4 tacos so I drove back up there and I wanted the food I didn’t get plus a fresh whopper as mine would be cold by the time I got home and at first they were refusing to give me my missing food plus the whopper but finally gave me my missing food after I was getting upset at the situation. Horrible customer service!! Waste of fuel driving back and forth!! And got to eat my cold whopper when I got home!! Don’t waste your time at this establishment!! And this is why places close down and lack of jobs!!

Don’t know how you mess up a rodeo burger asked for extra rodeo sauce, which is basically barbecue sauce and got almost none. Yes, they charge for it and one onion ring on it. If the staff doesn’t care about your food, I don’t care to go back to them.

At first I was super bummed they didn’t have a menu item I wanted, however after we received the food I couldn’t care less! Wow Josephine and her two other employees today really crushed it! The wrap was BEAUTIFULLY wrapped and delicious and so was our other food items. Fresh and tasty! Thank you!
