Terrible pizza quality. The base was soggy and undercooked, toppings were scarce, and the cheese tasted artificial. It felt like a rushed, low-effort product with zero attention to quality. Absolutely not worth the money. One of the worst pizzas I’ve had. Will not be ordering again.

Beyond disappointed is an understatement. My aunty ordered a door dash delivery from you guys and received a pizza with 0 toppings at all. It was supposed to be a pepperoni. My aunty and myself made multiple attempts to try to contact the store to rectify the issue and did not manage to get through to anybody at all. She will not be ordering from here again and I recommend ordering from somewhere that can actually answer the phone . I myself worked in and managed a pizza store for 10 years and find it very shocking that there’s no immediate way for customers to contact the store when issues arise 🙁

Staff nice but food not very good.
Food was so spicy had to remove the topping to eat it, funny thing is the food wasn’t meant to even have spicy sause, had to ask for the sauce that was meant to be on it. Toppings, meant to have mushrooms…was 1. Was sad…

Pizza was okay, had a chicken supreme could barely find any chicken on the pizza but it did taste nice. Not friendly at the front and I got a shock at the price. There was a public holiday surcharge that was not advertised anywhere in the store and I wasn’t told until I questioned why it was more than the advertised price.
Businesses must prominently display this information to consumers before they make a purchase. This includes stating the surcharge amount and on which days it applies, at least as prominently as the most prominent price on the menu or advertisement. It is consumer law to do so.

I guess the reason that Pizza Hut has been taken over by dominoes is because of the lack of atmosphere in their shops as well as the average food. The tastiest thing about my meal was the garlic bread and the pasta dish lacked any form of salt and not much flavor. You needed a microscope to actually find the pieces of chicken in it but I guess that they were technically there. Also be aware if you are ordering on a Sunday that there’s a 10% surcharge and watch out that they don’t overcharge you as they did for me. They thought that 10% of $14.95 is $2.24!

It has been many years since I have had Pizza hut and my family was travelling and needed something quick and easy while in town.
For a fast-food pizza joint, I could not fault it (I personally think they are 100% times better than Domino’s).
The cheesy garlic bread was cooked to perfection and had a good amount of cheese on top and you could really taste the garlic which I love.
The Korean BBQ wings were cooked to perfection (and the sauce I had ordered really complemented the dish, ranch, and cream garlic dip).
The pizzas had a generous number of toppings and I love the thin and crispy (I had personally ordered the mega meat lovers).
Great customer service and was not long of a wait considering the amount of food that was ordered.
PS we had ordered 4 pizza’s, 4 sides, 2 x 6 packs of wings and 2 plain GB and 2 cheesy GB, hence the overall price.

Had a really bad experience at this pizza shop. The staff showed no interest in helping customers and were quite rude. My order was delayed with no explanation, and when I asked about it, the response was careless. Customer service clearly needs improvement.

I usually don’t like pizza hut but I was running late for lunch today at work so I just stopped by pizza hut on Sheridan st. And wow. Crust is delicious, the pizza is amazing. Not oily at all and she made it so fast.
Edited because I just realised something;
My first time in this store as I said I don’t like pizza hut: I walked in and looked around the shop to see if it was clean. It looked alright. So I ordered I was late on my lunch, it was 12:20 my lunch finished at 12pm. So I couldn’t be picky as I was starving.
Anyways. The Indian lady did have an attitude. Which I’m fine with I can deal with that everyone’s different, it’s not the first person I’ve met whose passive aggressive to me. I don’t care. But I did see her making the pizza. And I can’t remember her wearing gloves. I mean the pizza is yum don’t get me wrong. But I really hope she was wearing gloves. I’m trying to convince myself she was wearing gloves but I really remember she wasn’t.
And I have three slices of this pizza left when I realised it

I have one slice left. But I’m too full to finish it. We will see if I get sick from this. I’m intrigued.
But honestly that was a really nice pizza no joke. Ok brb.

Ordered a pizza the other day, your delivery driver called me twice for me to come out DESPITE it being leave at door. He denied it being so, until I showed him that it is leave at door and even then he denied having the information to know that. Also buddy, I ain’t your brother, obnoxious little man.
