I visited this spot after seeing all the hype on social media and reading a few recent reviews—but wow, where do I even begin? The chaos started the moment we walked through the door. Our server showed no basic manners: no introduction, no greeting, no offer of still/sparkling/tap water, and it took the floor manager—not our waitress—to bring bread to the table. Even then, no olive oil was offered.
Another server, who may have been new, was clearly overwhelmed. She dropped multiple glasses and dishes, and instead of handing the tray off to someone else, she kept stepping over the broken glass, making the situation even worse. Meanwhile, kids—with their mother right there—were stepping through the mess and spreading it around the restaurant. It was pure disorder.
When the food finally arrived, the famous cacio e pepe looked like it had been sitting out—the top was dry, and once I stirred it in, the taste was honestly terrible. Cardboard with salt might have had more flavor. A canned pasta would have been more enjoyable. The chicken francese was just average at best, something I’ve had far better versions of at places that aren’t even trying to be “authentic Italian.”
Both the waitress and the manager saw the untouched pasta and didn’t bother to ask if I wanted a replacement or something different.
Overall, a huge disappointment. Definitely a “never again” spot for me.

We made reservations for a Saturday night. We got there early & sat by the bar. Our bartender Paul was amazing. He was super friendly & made delicious drinks. Our waitress was also amazing. The manager cane around to make sure we were happy with everything & we were. Food was delicious . This was my first time here & I will definitely go back.

Pasta is my favorite food and hands down this place had THE best pasta I have EVER had in my life. My husband and I shared the Forma Di Parmigiano Cacio E Pepe for two. The flavor was out of this world. I couldn’t stop eating it even after I was full. The cheese was so creamy and the flavor was so satisfying. We followed up our meal with the espresso martini and tiramisu which was also amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and were very welcoming. We sat outside and their was a beautiful waterfall and floral hanging decor that looked so beautiful as the sun started setting. I highly recommend this place. I live far away but would definitely make the trip back just to eat here.

Just stopped by for a quick bite, got 2 appetizers and was very satisfied. Their octopus salad was very original amd a flavor explosion!! The most tender octopus it cut with a fork, then you have the sweet peppers, the tart olives and the cool tomatoes was the most amazing bite!!! And then the baked clams , you get a nice amount and they are super tasty. Nice frosted glass for your beer and 2 different flavors or dipping oil for the great bread. This place is always good for a great meal.

This place is trash. Like actually go to any other Italian place on Long Island. Service is slow as hell, server was slow and rude and forgot numerous things. As for the most important part, the food, mediocre in every sense of the word (bland, boring, terrible menu options, and overall not worth the calories). On an island that has endless options for Italian food, make the right choice and go anywhere else, you’ll thank me later.

My food was delicious. The service was amazing, friendly and cordial. I can say that I would go back a thousand times, eating outside is magical, although the restaurant is really big inside. And also very nice. I love that they put Parmesan cheese on the table, it’s one of the things I appreciate when eating pasta.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into this establishment was how large the restaurant is and where we were seated was perfect. We had some of the freshest seafood with pasta, meatballs, fried calamari and some good drinks. I will definitely be back to this restaurant with friends and colleagues.

We were the only table in the restaurant, yet the service was painfully slow from start to finish. It took nearly 50 minutes just to get a salad — which was so drenched in dressing it was completely unappetizing — and then another full hour before my steak arrived, looking like it had just been pulled from the freezer and very grey with no char.
My guest specifically ordered her meal gluten-free, but the moment she took a bite she knew it was not gluten free. Only after mentioning it, did the waitress admit that the kitchen missed the note on my order.
To top it off there were flys surrounding our table the whole night.
