Today we went back & I came prepared. (The portions are definitely shareable & last time we were too full to get an açaí bowl for dessert.) My daughter and I split the chicken tikka fusion bowl & the rainbow açaí bowl. Both were absolutely phenomenal. The same freshness in ingredients, hot food, excellent quality of chicken and produce. We have been blown away with the fusion bowl both times. *Today they had different staff, but it was the same excellence in food as well as service.
The rainbow açaí bowl was so fresh & refreshing. All of the fruit was high quality & all of it looked beautiful. They definitely don’t skimp on the toppings either. The bowl was full to the lid!
We also got the my fave açaí bowl and it was decent and fresh at the same time.
This place is definitely a 2 for 2 10/10 for us! We didn’t expect that from a mall food court, but this place exceeded our expectations! We look forward to coming back!
They have an Indian approach and the flavors are on point. I am excited to go back and try the sweet treats. They have açaí bowls and lots of fun options.
The Curry Bowl has some spice to it and I really enjoyed the flavor combinations. The rice was cooked great and I even went towards closing time. Can’t wait to try mid day.
The Tikka Chicken Tacos has a little heat to them as well and was a combination of Mexico meets India. For the mall, this place was on point.
Thanks Clete Crutcher for the sweet recommendation. Will definitely be going back for more 😉

I am back at Fusion Eatz – Springfield, MO. It is really good.
We just had some of the savory food. We had the taco chili bowl and the ground beef fusion bowl. They both were very good.
We are now onto the suites, which I’ve been very excited for. We got “My Fave” and “Going Nuts” as well as the “Hazelnut Wrap”.
This food hits different than any other mall food I have ever had. You guys should really give it a try.
Yall, This stuff is amaze-balls. Im not a big fan of Indian food, but I love Mediterranean food. And this was like, really in the middle. This really hit a spot I didnt know I had, and Im going to be trying ro replicate the meal I had. Its my new favorite. And its not only reheated well once, but twice, im finishing the bowl now as I write.
My partner loved to eat this consistently. However for the first time, she threw the entire bowl away. She barely touched it. Some complaints I heard are about the chicken size, texture, and quality. The onions are apparently different too.
This leaves me to wonder, has management changed? Are the bowls being prepped differently now?
In the end, we are never going to eat here again.
Because it seems like something has changed for sure. I’ve never seen her throw an entire bowl of this stuff away until now recently.
The workers at this location appear to be different as well. I think quality has changed for sure.
