This has been on my radar for awhile. Heard very good things and they were all correct. We ate at the bar. Small bar area. Ordered shared plates. The lasagna is truly a gem. Caesar salad and then their pepperoni pizza. All extremely flavorful and delicious.
Service also was 100! Prices very reasonable considering the quality.
Definitely will be back.

Dined here with 7 friends last night and wow, what an experience! We had Alea as our server and she provided the best service I’ve ever had at any establishment. She took great care of our group and got every little detail just right. The food and drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Will definitely be back again and again.

This is hands down the best dining experience in the TC: I have been here at least a dozen times over the years. It’s a place I will take people who are visiting from Seattle or Portland. I have taken. Chef friends here. I’m never concerned about having an “off” night. Great food and great service are consistent.The flavors and textures and diversity of ingredients are just unmatched . I love the variety of small plates that can be shared with the table. It is obvious that the ingredients are selected with care and precision. Most of all it’s the flavors. From cocktails to dessert you won’t find a disappointing item on the menu. The staff is so professional yet not stuffy. These days we are all more careful about where our disposable income is spent. Dovetail is the best place and I have a hard time considering going elsewhere.

Some friends recommended this restaurant and after coming I understand why it has so many great reviews. It was during the week probably around 5 PM. They had a really good business and we were able to be seated quickly. Wended up ordering so many things and I hate that I did not get pictures of everything, but all of the food that we ordered tasted great! From the pizza to the tacos to the chicken sandwich , even the beet salad… the flavors were just really tasteful.

This is an amazing gem at the Uptown Richland mall.
The music isn’t too loud, the service is very friendly. Make sure to bring in your phone, the restaurant doesn’t waste paper on menus (accessible via QR code).
The menu is very diverse and has something for just about everyone. The portions are reasonable rather than gratuitous, with the focus being on flavor and quality.
I highly recommend this restaurant to locals and visitors, it is a wonderful experience!

Reservation for 4! Only complaint is not going sooner! We all tried different apps, main dishes and drinks….everything was amazing! Sorry no pictures, we were in the moment. So so good! PS, even the leftovers the next morning were banging. Cheers!

Skip to dessert and order all three, they were incredible, but the donut holes take the cake. Definitely recommend the gumbo, it was quite tasty. The fish tacos were surprisingly good and a decent size considering you only get one taco. The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night so highly recommend getting a reservation. Looking forward to coming back

This is one of my go to Richland date night restaurants. The food is always impeccable, the restaurant is clean, and the servers friendly and attentive. I love the changing seasonal menu that consistently has an interesting variety of things to try (with fantastic options for vegetarians and vegans as well). Literally everything I’ve eaten here so far, whether appetizers, entree, salad, dessert, or cocktail has been delicious and visually appealing (you eat with your eyes first!). I’d definitely recommend reservations on weekend evenings since it can get pretty busy. My favorite items that I personally recommend include the arincini, hummus/pita/zhug, falafel on pita, and the mushroom taco (try it, it is incredible!)

As their title might suggest, this restaurant joins different cuisines in a appealing and artful way.
The menu alludes to Mediterranean and asain influence, but also includes Italian and American classics. The fresh local ingredients were evident and vibrant with color and flavor. We loved the grilled bread with amazing mushrooms, a must try! The Baja fish taco was bursting with flavor and the sausage, onion and Calabrian chili pizza was incredible. Of course we had to try the Sicilian ricotta filled donuts in blackberry sauce and we were glad we did!
With a surprisingly eligent ambiance in the Richland uptown, handmade ceramics all accented with the dovetail logo, and ingredients that were elivated and intentional, I highly recommend this hidden gem!
