This is extraordinary! This is the first restaurant that apparently hires people who are mute. The girl taking care of my order never said a word. To be able to work in a customer service role and not be able to communicate is on the Special Olympics level. Wow!

I went through the drive-thru around 9:15 pm, knowing the restaurant closes at 10. There were no cars in the drive-thru when I arrived. I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender basket and was asked to pull up without being told how long the wait would be. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for my food.
I work in a fast food restaurant, so I understand that food sometimes needs to be cooked fresh, especially later at night. However, better communication about the wait time would have been appreciated. The employee also seemed rushed and not very friendly, which made the experience feel a bit unwelcoming. If someone were in a hurry or needed to be somewhere important, the drive-thru wait could definitely be frustrating.
That being said, the food was absolutely delicious, very hot, and clearly made fresh.

Tisha took my order, repeated my order, and still, the extra fries were missing. We didn’t bother to go back after calling to complain at 9:30pm. This leaves a bad impression after coming from NYC. On the receipt, she charged us extra for a bottle of water with ordering a combo meal. A fountain drink ($2.59) is the same price as water.

First visit to this location. While I waited on a batch of chicken to fry, I had a good visit with the staff.
The chicken was hot for sure and well seasoned, sides had extra flavor, biscuits were good and big, tea is excellent.
If ya haven’t been, ya need to stop by to visit with Travis and “Outlaw” and the other friendly folk working at the BO.
And they offer a military discount, thank you!

Made a mobile order and selected inside pickup because I didn’t want to wait in a long drive thru when I arrived to pick up my prepared food. The drive thru was completely empty so I went to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order but they made me come inside to pick up my food that was already ready. Plus when I got home, I saw they only filed the container half full of the family size coslaw.

So this is first and last time we will be coming to this location the restaurant was clean my husband got raw chicken twice staff was not friendly overall the only thing good about the experience was the restaurant was clean don’t look for this location to be open to long now we see why it’s always empty

Been to many Bojangles and this one stood out in so many ways. Very clean restaurant, friendly and professional staff, food was hot and very quick service. Our order was to go but the dining room and restrooms were very clean. Our food was really good and this restaurant deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you so much for such a great dining experience while traveling.

Waited for 40 minutes after ordering a chicken biscuit meal though there was only one other person in the drive thru. When my food was finally brought out, it was completely wrong. Always really long wait times even when no one else is there. Just not worth the headache.
