I haven’t had pizza hut in years! But today I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was clean and I was greeted by a super nice gentleman who took my order. He was very polite and smiling and helped me decided what I wanted. Super helpful! I waited in my car til my order was done because my dogs were in the car and before I could go back in to get my order the guy brought my order out to my vehicle. I was so surprised and thankful. He definitely did not have to do that. And by the way my husband is very picky about his pizza and he said the pizza was made perfectly! And it was! It was made extremely how we wanted it to perfection. I am so happy and thankful for the great service I got today. Thank you so much!

I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half plain with a side of fries a “large” size I got a pizza with one slice missing all pepperoni and a handful of fries in a box half frozen that I paid $37 for not to mention the idiot that delivered it could not speak English if his life depended on it if he didn’t have his cell phone on him. This is not what main Street Pizza is about I grew up here this is a disgrace.

I was greeted by the rude young girl with glasses by her telling me she can’t take a $50 bill when my order was $40. She said she couldn’t provide me with change even though I saw money in the register when she opened it. I went to get change and paid for my cold order and the young man working there followed me outside staring at me so I asked if he had a problem and he went back in. Will never order from there again.

Noticed a lot of bad reviews and was hesitant to even order. After deciding to take a chance I ordered online. My food arrived within a reasonable amount of time and the food was great. Probably the best looking stuffed crust pizza I ever received.

Besides really poor communication on the phone the lady was very nice inside. Was very disappointed when my personal pizza for $7 ended up being more like a x-small kids pizza. I ate it within 1 minute and it didn’t even slightly satisfy my small craving during lunch. I honestly think I was sold a baby pizza in place of a personal pizza but either way it’s highway robbery

This pizza hut is THE WORST! Used to be good, but has gone down the toilet! Doesn’t accept coupons. Then when you pay full price for a supreme pizza, you don’t get pork topping sausage and they put sauce on your pizza when you request no sauce. Only going to go to the Pleasant Hills one from now on. The employees are nice, but just let me know before I go to pick up my order that you can’t make my order accordingly, so I can cancel it. And don’t order delivery, because you get doordash and cold food.

We got delivery. Which arrived incrediblely late. Nbd, it happens. The order was missing the garlic cheese sticks and an order of cinnamon sticks.
We called the restaurant to get the order rectified. They “transfered” us to a deadline. We called back. They transferred us again to nowhere.
We went in person to the restaurant to have the missing items remade or refunded.
They remade the cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks only the ruin them both by boxing two very different foods TOGETHER! This was done by the manager no less. This is the result of “No child left behind” in action.

Placed an order for a large supreme pizza and it was never delivered. The store never answers the phone, and Pizza Huts chat support never connects. I’m just out $35 with no way to get it back. Order at your own risk from here.
