had a great experience at Subway! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very patient while preparing my order. The vegetables were fresh, the bread was soft, and everything tasted delicious. I really appreciate how you can customize your sandwich exactly the way you like it. The store was clean and the service was quick. Definitely a reliable place for a fresh and healthy meal. WOW ! Don’t go here ! This restaurant was on Southbend tribune FOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS,WHEN I TRIED TO JUST HAVE A SANDWICH I WAS DISRESPECTED BY A EMPLOYEE NAMED CALEB ! DONT waste your time or money until staff is changed, they can change there gloves , and can clean better.

First let me say, they don’t have steak sauce or BBQ sauce. I always get it on my sandwich’s and for the first time in 12 years, I didn’t have a sauce on my sandwich. Ordering was easy, employee was nice, the lobby area was clean but I just can’t get over eating a dry sandwich.

Poor customer interaction. Poor attitude when requesting your food be made or toasted a certain way. Hispanic lady on their nasty phones while making sandwiches. Flies on countertop sandwich assembly board landing and walking around. Don’t carry certain ingredients because they ran out (several missing vegetables). Highly would not recommend!

This subway sucks, you go in person and they make the order wrong. Order online and the orders wrong. I’ve never once got food from here and have it be correct. Always missing something, whether it be the vegetables or the cheese. Don’t even think about ordering a limited time menu item either, cause you won’t get it. I ordered the Oreo footlong cookie and they give me a normal cookie. Can’t even call the store and ask them to fix it either, since none of the employees know enough English to have a conversation with them.

Litterly the worst Subway experience ever! Ordered through the app was told pick up at 7:05pm I’m getting my order at 723 meanwhile 3 other coustomers go in front of me who weren’t in the building when I arrived. Oh it gets better an employee while in mid sandwich production takes a fly swatter kills a fly on the glass viewing case and THEN PLACES THE SWATTER IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. I took a photo with time and date stamp if your skeptical.

Literally as soon as me and my son walk in. No customers at all. They literally walked to the back and never came back to the front to let us knkw they’ll be with us in a moment or anything. This isn’t the first time and sucks bc i actually do like subway but they just lost me as a customer .

Waited 10 minutes behind 1 other couple to order. The couple in front walked out, I asked the ladies behind the counter of they were taking orders.. she flipped up a list over a foot long of tickets on the register and didn’t say anything.. the couple in front of us was still in the parking lot and said they never even acknowledge them, they didn’t is either… pathetic.
