It’s fast food. Whopper was delicious but had the onion rings. Not as good as I remember them . Also had the jalapeno cheese poppers and they were okay. $21. Expensive as all get out for what you get. The only reason I went was it was close and I hadn’t been in like a year.

Oct. 2024 update. Today was last time I’ll ever eat at this burger King. $20 for a single medium size meal? Unreal. Fries taste like chemicals, cold and old. Plus sat there for ever and the lady had to tell the worker no do my meal first not the car behind me.
Convenient but sometimes chicken is way over cooked and buns often hard. Like sat out long time. But the regular burgers are most always good. Fries are good.
2 YEARS LATER UPDATE.
I ordered the Mac and cheese Cheetos (only had 4 in the box instead of 5. The Mac and cheese was over cooked and dry. The Cheetos part didn’t taste like hit Cheetos but did leave a nice burn that you get from Cheetos. Over all I would give then 3/10. )
Also got the rodeo king chicken sandwich. At first grab I was disappointed. The rodeo king is HUGE this was much smaller. But I will say the chicken was cooked better and over all taste was 7/10.
Worse park about Burger king Hawaii is the prices. They are EXTREMELY high. Just be prepared to pay high prices.
Update. July 2019. – the tacos are very much like jackinthebox tacos. They kind of are good. But kind of suck. Idk, if you like Jack’s tacos you might like these. Who ever prepared them forgot lettuce.

Good place for a inexpensive meal. Hope BK makes it with all the new competitions in Pahoa. Nice remodel. Very clean look. Very quiet business volume speaking. always nice friendly service.

The service was grewt, the food was good, and the atmosphere was quite nice. The only issue I had was that the food came mislabelled (everything was there, just with the wrong label), be sure to check the burger before you take a bite to avoid any mix ups.

Over the last couple of years, this place always hit, fresh and honestly really good for fast food. All the sudden it seems to be going down hill. Received soggy, stale fries and a sub par burger thrown together all for $17 a person. Like come on. It’s $17 a person, I worked an hour to pay for the meal to get old fries. Uncool.
