I am absolutely blown away with the amazing customer service I received today all the employees were so kind and understanding. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he had pink Valentine’s Day and nails on. It is safe to say that this dunkin’ donuts knows how to do customer service I will gladly be switching from big B’s to Dunkin Donuts after my visit today. Thank you to the wonderful staff who open my eyes to the wonderful world of dunkin’ donuts.

I was recently through the drive through and I ordered a large blueberry breeze and 2 sweet black pepper bacon sandwiches, which usually come exactly as they look on the menu, I know this as I have ordered this exact thing multiple times from this place. The drink was fine, I would argue that my order is relatively hard to mess up as there is literally no substitutions or special anything about any of it, despite that they managed to get both of my sandwiches wrong. The sweet black pepper bacon sandwiches usually come with white cheddar, egg, and the bacon, the only thing they got right about it was the egg. I looked at the order ticket on the bag that I received them in and it said exactly what I had ordered so I went back in and asked them to fix it, which they agreed to do. I got back out to my car with the new sandwiches they gave me after “fixing it” and they were literally the same exact sandwiches that I gave them. So I figured 3rd times the charm, went back in and asked them to fix it again. They just threw the bacon on there and called it a day, and by that time I was annoyed and hungry so I just left with the same sandwiches plus the new acquired bacon. The point is it still wasnt my sandwich after the literal 3rd time. I work in the food service industry so although I understand that things happen, I have a limit of how sympathetic I get about these things. At any restaurant or fast food place Ive worked at, rarely does food get sent back twice, and still come out wrong.

The most poor service I have seen in my life I work in fast food an we where rushed to make our order our coffies taste horrible because the lady couldn’t stand taking a order of three coffies an we where gonna order a donut one donut but they where completely rude about it I asked for whipped cream an they refused to put it on my drink bc they didn’t charge us for it an my friend ordered cold foam on hers said it three times they didn’t put it on it an since we didn’t pay for it they wouldn’t put it on they would not let us add a dollar donut at the window an I even asked for a manager an some kid came out they where all rude about it like I said me an my friend work in fast food my friend is my manager an we can tell u that was the worst experience we had not only that we are required to add on at the window if customer ask an when we ask for whip an cold foam the customer should been respected an wasn’t at all the girl was raising her voice at us an the kid that’s a manager stepped in an had to take part of the order not only I asked for chocolate an Carmel drizz didn’t get that either I’d like corporates number for this..

We ordered through drive through, get to the window, pay for our food & get handed Christian S’s mobile order. After the DTW workers error, we go inside, they give us our sandwiches (sausage & egg, no egg) forgets our hashbrowns, so we go back inside for the second time. Lastly, when I checked the sandwich’s mine was very burnt & hard as a hockey puck… why would you give me burnt food? I’m a barista in Mount Pleasant, and food standards don’t change despite high drive times or how busy it is. Respectfully, I’d love a refund for my food but we couldn’t ask for one because we’re heading to a wedding.

Tried to buy donuts. 6 people working. I use this loosely. One person actually working running around. Stood there 5 minutes while 5 other workers stood talking to one another. Turned to leave finally one of the five asked if the could help me. Told them probably five minutes ago but you look pretty busy. I left there was me and another person waiting. Probably never going back there. Whoever owns this business should emphasize customer service.

Wonderful time at the New Dunkin! Quick and easy, food was wonderful and the staff was great!!
Highly recommend the turtle latte and you can’t go wrong with the classic dozen assorted. Also love the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. Had it at a different location but it’s a great drink to get.
Easy access from multiple angles. If you enter off Isabella you may need to drive around the building to join the line for Dunkin but it is worth it!

The customer service in this business is terrible anytime I give it a second third or fourth chance I regret it so I guess I’ve learned my lesson they wanted to hand me my drink with a fourth of it missing. I asked if it could be filled where it’s supposed to be and he gave me the option between milk or ice and when I said milk, the girl grabbed a handful of ice and put it in my drink.

Improperly made us our drink, then tried to tell us that we could not get the specific drink. We wanted it frozen not iced. We had it frozen yesterday but today they kept telling us they don’t make it that way.
